基于卡爾曼濾波和中性軸位置的結(jié)構(gòu)損傷識(shí)別

【摘要】:根據(jù)材料力學(xué)理論對(duì)受彎梁中性軸位置的計(jì)算原理進(jìn)行描述,導(dǎo)出中性軸位置與梁的上、下表面應(yīng)變水平的關(guān)系式.采用小波多分辨率分析方法,去除長(zhǎng)期應(yīng)變監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)中由溫度引起的應(yīng)變組分.采用卡爾曼濾波方法對(duì)應(yīng)變數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行降噪處理,基于降噪之后的應(yīng)變數(shù)據(jù)得到中性軸位置的變化情況,并用于損傷判定.研究結(jié)果表明:采用小波多分辨率分析方法可以完成多組分應(yīng)變信號(hào)的分解任務(wù),采用卡爾曼濾波方法可以有效降低噪聲對(duì)中性軸位置確定的不利影響,結(jié)合小波多分辨率分析和卡爾曼濾波方法的基于中性軸位置的結(jié)構(gòu)損傷識(shí)別結(jié)果比直接運(yùn)用應(yīng)變數(shù)據(jù)計(jì)算得到的結(jié)果更加可靠.
[Abstract]:According to the theory of material mechanics, the calculation principle of neutral axis position of bending beam is described, and the relationship between neutral axis position and the upper and lower surface strain level of beam is derived. The wavelet multi-resolution analysis method is used to analyze the relationship between the neutral axis position and the strain level on the upper and lower surface of the beam. The strain component caused by temperature is removed from the long-term strain monitoring data. Kalman filter is used to reduce the noise of the strain data, and based on the strain data after noise reduction, the change of neutral axis position is obtained. The results show that the wavelet multi-resolution analysis method can be used to decompose the multi-component strain signal, and the Kalman filtering method can effectively reduce the adverse effect of noise on the neutral axis location. The results of structural damage identification based on neutral axis position based on wavelet multi-resolution analysis and Kalman filter are more reliable than those calculated by using strain data directly.
