【摘要】：為了研究確定AASHTO 2002力學(xué)經(jīng)驗設(shè)計方法 (Mechanistic Empirical Pavement Design Guide,MEPDG)車轍預(yù)估模型的地方修正系數(shù),依托滬寧高速公路擴(kuò)建工程柔性基層瀝青路面路段進(jìn)行車轍預(yù)測和預(yù)測模型修正。對交通軸載譜、氣候輸入?yún)?shù)進(jìn)行了實際統(tǒng)計分析,對瀝青混合料的動態(tài)回彈模量進(jìn)行實測,均按照水平1輸入,其他道路結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)采用水平2或水平3輸入,并進(jìn)行了車轍預(yù)測。對滬寧高速公路無錫段2007年~2013年的車轍檢測數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計分析。利用滬寧方向柔性基層路面實測車轍,采用規(guī)劃求解方法對MEPDG車轍預(yù)估模型進(jìn)行了修正,得到了地區(qū)修正系數(shù)和修正后的車轍預(yù)估模型,并采用寧滬方向有效實測車轍數(shù)據(jù)對修正后的預(yù)估模型進(jìn)行了驗證。結(jié)果表明得到的預(yù)測數(shù)據(jù)與實測數(shù)據(jù)之間的擬合性較高。
[Abstract]:In order to study and determine the local correction coefficient of the rutting prediction model of AASHTO 2002 mechanical Empirical Pavement Design guide, The rutting prediction and prediction model modification of the flexible base asphalt pavement section of the Huning Expressway extension Project is carried out. The actual statistical analysis of the traffic axle load spectrum and climate input parameters is carried out, and the dynamic resilience modulus of the asphalt mixture is measured. All were input according to level 1, and other road structural parameters were input level 2 or level 3, The rut detection data of Wuxi section of Huning Expressway from 2007 to 2013 are statistically analyzed. The MEPDG rut prediction model is modified by using the measured ruts of the flexible base pavement in the direction of Huning, and the method of planning solution is used to modify the rutting prediction model. The regional correction coefficient and the modified rut prediction model are obtained, and the modified prediction model is verified by using the effective rutting data measured in the direction of Nanjing and Shanghai. The results show that the predicted data and the measured data are more suitable.
