【摘要】：開(kāi)魯縣303國(guó)道兩側(cè)造林綠化工程秉持著科學(xué)規(guī)劃布局,加強(qiáng)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),注重實(shí)效性的基本準(zhǔn)則。按照通遼市303線綠化工程的整體要求,應(yīng)快速推進(jìn)公路兩側(cè)的綠化工程,構(gòu)建大型生態(tài)廊道,實(shí)現(xiàn)“身邊增綠”的目標(biāo)。在開(kāi)魯縣303國(guó)道兩側(cè)造林綠化工程的招標(biāo)項(xiàng)目中,山東遠(yuǎn)景綠化有限公司成功中標(biāo),本論文與這一工程的具體建設(shè)要求聯(lián)系起來(lái),針對(duì)項(xiàng)目管理工作進(jìn)行了深度探究。論文詳述了如森林資源、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)概況、自然地理?xiàng)l件等項(xiàng)目區(qū)的基本情況,并對(duì)項(xiàng)目的建設(shè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)模以及設(shè)計(jì)方案加以介紹,涵蓋了林木保護(hù)、營(yíng)造林設(shè)計(jì)、種苗用量、造林的具體技術(shù)方案。對(duì)項(xiàng)目的組織結(jié)構(gòu)、統(tǒng)籌與職責(zé)加以說(shuō)明。將研究工程量以及用工量測(cè)算作為核心研究對(duì)象,并確立了施工材料、機(jī)械設(shè)備以及勞力配備計(jì)劃。此外,本文對(duì)大樹(shù)移植施工、苗木種植工程施工、施工設(shè)備管理等方案加以全面論述。明確了工程進(jìn)度的安排準(zhǔn)則、目標(biāo)、工期保障方案。確立項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的目標(biāo),并改善管理體系,提出項(xiàng)目質(zhì)管方案。對(duì)投資預(yù)算以及資金來(lái)源加以分析,進(jìn)而明確資金管理方案。本文借助于研究開(kāi)魯縣303國(guó)道兩側(cè)造林綠化工程的項(xiàng)目管理工作,進(jìn)而進(jìn)一步改善項(xiàng)目運(yùn)營(yíng)能力,從而為工程建設(shè)質(zhì)量提供有力保障,合理安排施工,改善山東遠(yuǎn)景綠化有限公司的經(jīng)濟(jì)成效,使之在市場(chǎng)中,占據(jù)更加有利的地位。
[Abstract]:The afforestation and greening projects on both sides of Kailu County 303 National Road are guided by scientific planning, strengthening standards, and paying attention to the basic criteria of effectiveness. According to the overall requirements of the afforestation projects on line 303 of Tongliao City, the greening projects on both sides of the highways should be pushed forward quickly. In the bidding project of afforestation and greening on both sides of Kailu No. 303 National Road, Shandong Vision Greening Co., Ltd. was successfully awarded the bid. This paper is related to the specific construction requirements of this project, and makes a deep exploration into the project management work. The basic situation of the project areas such as forest resources, social and economic situation, natural and geographical conditions, etc., is described in detail in this paper. The construction standard, scale and design scheme of the project are introduced, including the concrete technical scheme of forest protection, forest design, the amount of planting and seedling, afforestation, and the organization structure of the project. In addition, this paper takes the construction materials, machinery and equipment as well as the labor force allocation plan. In addition, this paper constructs the tree transplanting, the seedling planting project, the construction of the tree transplanting project, the construction of the seedling planting project, the construction of the tree transplanting project, the construction of the seedling planting project, and the establishment of the construction plan. The construction equipment management and other schemes are discussed in an all-round way. The project schedule planning criteria, objectives and duration guarantee schemes are defined. The investment budget and the source of funds are analyzed, and then the fund management scheme is clarified. The project management of afforestation and greening on both sides of Kailu No. 303 National Highway is studied in this paper. Furthermore, the project operation ability is further improved so as to provide a strong guarantee for the quality of engineering construction, arrange the construction reasonably, improve the economic effect of Shandong Vision Greening Co., Ltd., and make it occupy a more favorable position in the market.
