瀝青路面網(wǎng)裂表面處治材料應(yīng)用與研究

【摘要】:瀝青路面因施工條件有限、基層養(yǎng)護(hù)和強(qiáng)度不足以及重載車(chē)輛反復(fù)荷載的作用下,會(huì)產(chǎn)生沉陷、龜裂和網(wǎng)裂病害,急需進(jìn)行有效處治,以減少雨水侵入破壞路面結(jié)構(gòu)。由于出現(xiàn)的龜裂和網(wǎng)裂縫隙小且密集,傳統(tǒng)的一些處治方法難以實(shí)施,效果不佳,在當(dāng)前養(yǎng)護(hù)經(jīng)費(fèi)有限、路面不便長(zhǎng)時(shí)間封閉施工的不利條件下,如何低成本高效地切實(shí)解決瀝青路面龜裂和網(wǎng)裂病害,延長(zhǎng)瀝青路面使用壽命是路面養(yǎng)護(hù)的重要問(wèn)題。論文通過(guò)在局部發(fā)生網(wǎng)裂的瀝青路面表面噴灑和人工涂布由特種防水乳液和防滑骨料組成的表面處治材料,利用防水乳液滲透破乳封縫和防滑骨料耐磨粗糙性能同時(shí)達(dá)到表面防水和抗滑的目的。首先通過(guò)乳液基本性能試驗(yàn)研究了兩種防水的固含量和固體殘留物的針入度、軟化點(diǎn)以及延度,并且利用乳液貯存穩(wěn)定性試驗(yàn)與破乳速度試驗(yàn)研究了材料長(zhǎng)期貯存的可行性和路面施工所需要的破乳時(shí)間。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果顯示兩種乳液固含量均大于50%,RT-1000針入度大于160dmm,遠(yuǎn)高于RT-10000的62.6dmm,而軟化點(diǎn)小于25℃,遠(yuǎn)低于RT-10000的57.2℃,延度大于100mm,高于RT-10000的73mm,這表明RT-1000材質(zhì)較軟,稠度較小,變形性較好,但高溫性能較差;此外RT-1000乳液更適合于長(zhǎng)期貯存并且施工所需破乳時(shí)間更短。其次,在試驗(yàn)段進(jìn)行施工并通過(guò)跟蹤的滲水系數(shù)測(cè)試、摩擦系數(shù)測(cè)試和鋪砂法構(gòu)造深度測(cè)試評(píng)價(jià)路面滲水性能和抗滑性能,同時(shí)通過(guò)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)觀察與拍照評(píng)估路面抗開(kāi)裂性能與耐磨耗性能。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明兩種乳液都可以使路面滲水系數(shù)降為0,而RT-1000處治后的路面粗糙度更低但抗滑性能較差。除此之外,RT-1000處治后的路面能保持比RT-10000更好的抗開(kāi)裂性能與耐磨耗性能,而滲透效果也證明RT-1000修復(fù)效果要好于RT-10000。最后,選用性能更好的RT-1000乳液,利用同步碎石封層車(chē)成功實(shí)現(xiàn)了乳液與精細(xì)耐磨骨料同步施工,在瀝青路面網(wǎng)裂上形成3mm超薄耐磨封層。表面處治1年后,在處治路段和非處治路段分別鉆芯取樣,回收瀝青進(jìn)行性能檢測(cè),證實(shí)了RT-1000滲透大于10mm,能有效提高瀝青針入度,降低瀝青模量,具有很好的再生還原,表面抗滑和封縫防水作用。
[Abstract]:Due to the limited construction conditions, the insufficient maintenance and strength of the base course and the repeated loads of heavy vehicles, the asphalt pavement will produce subsidence, cracks and network cracks, which are in urgent need of effective treatment. In order to reduce Rain Water's invasion and damage to the pavement structure. Because of the small and dense cracks in cracks and nets, some traditional treatment methods are difficult to implement, the effect is not good, and the current maintenance funds are limited. How to solve asphalt pavement crack and mesh crack effectively with low cost and high efficiency under the unfavorable condition of unfavorable road surface construction for a long time, Prolonging the service life of asphalt pavement is an important problem in pavement maintenance. The purpose of both surface waterproofing and anti-skid resistance is achieved by using waterproof emulsion penetration and emulsion breaking sealant and anti-skid aggregate abrasion and roughness. Firstly, the solid content of two kinds of waterproofing and the penetration degree of solid residue are studied through the basic properties of emulsion. Softening point and ductility, The feasibility of long-term storage and the demulsifying time required for pavement construction were studied by using emulsion storage stability test and demulsifying speed test. The results showed that the solid content of both emulsions was greater than 50 / RT-1000 and the penetration was more than 160 dmm. It is much higher than 62.6 dmmin RT-10000, and the softening point is less than 25 鈩,
