【摘要】:作者采用PESTEL分析法、戰(zhàn)略群組分析法、“五力模型”分析法等分析法對廣西A路橋公司的內(nèi)、外部戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,運用IFE、EFE矩陣分析法評價、確定了廣西A路橋公司的優(yōu)勢、劣勢和機(jī)會、威脅,進(jìn)而運用SWOT矩陣分析法匹配出廣西A路橋公司的備選戰(zhàn)略,然后,根據(jù)綜合優(yōu)勢理論選定了廣西A路橋公司的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略,最后,提出了廣西A路橋公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略實現(xiàn)的保障措施。本文共五章,包含緒論、內(nèi)部戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析、外部戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析和匹配并選擇戰(zhàn)略、保障措施等五大塊內(nèi)容。本文第一章為緒論。在這一章,作者對《廣西A路橋公司企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略研究》的選題背景和意義,對其研究方法、研究內(nèi)容和框架等進(jìn)行了闡述,同時,亦對作者所引用的參考文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了綜合陳述。本文第二章為廣西A路橋公司內(nèi)部戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析。在這一章,作者重點從企業(yè)資源和能力等兩方面分析了廣西A路橋公司的優(yōu)勢、劣勢。作者首先從有形資源和無形資源等兩方面對該公司的企業(yè)資源進(jìn)行了分析,其中,重點對該公司的機(jī)械設(shè)備、人力資源、技術(shù)和商譽、業(yè)績、資質(zhì)等方面進(jìn)行了分析。然后,作者對該公司的企業(yè)能力進(jìn)行了分析,其中,重點對該公司的管理能力、營銷能力、財務(wù)能力、生產(chǎn)能力和研發(fā)能力、企業(yè)信息管理能力等企業(yè)能力進(jìn)行了分析。通過分析,作者最后運用IFE矩陣分析法評價、確定了該公司的內(nèi)部優(yōu)勢、劣勢。本文第三章為廣西A路橋公司外部戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析。在這一章,作者從宏觀環(huán)境和產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境等兩方面對該公司的外部戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境進(jìn)行了分析,其中,宏觀環(huán)境分析方面重點對該公司的政治環(huán)境、政策及法律環(huán)境、經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境、技術(shù)環(huán)境,以及社會環(huán)境、文化環(huán)境、人口環(huán)境和自然環(huán)境等方面進(jìn)行了分析;產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境分析方面重點分析了我國大陸民用汽車擁有量情況、公路發(fā)展及其客運、貨運發(fā)展概況,以及我國大陸公路施工企業(yè)分布情況和戰(zhàn)略群情況,同時,在產(chǎn)業(yè)環(huán)境方面,作者還應(yīng)用波特的“五力分析模型”對公路施工產(chǎn)業(yè)的五個方面競爭力量進(jìn)行了分析,即產(chǎn)業(yè)內(nèi)競爭分析,潛在進(jìn)入者分析,替代品分析,買方討價還價能力分析和供應(yīng)方討價還價能力分析。作者最后運用EFE矩陣分析法評價、確定了該公司面臨的機(jī)會、威脅。本文第四章為匹配并確定戰(zhàn)略。在這一章,作者首先在已經(jīng)進(jìn)行了廣西A路橋公司內(nèi)、外部戰(zhàn)略環(huán)境分析的基礎(chǔ)上明確該公司的企業(yè)愿景,然后,在企業(yè)愿景的引領(lǐng)下確立該公司的使命,進(jìn)而提出該公司未來五年發(fā)展目標(biāo),最后,作者運用SWOT矩陣分析法匹配出該公司的所有備選戰(zhàn)略,接著,根據(jù)綜合優(yōu)勢戰(zhàn)略理論選定了該公司的企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略。本文第五章為保障措施。在這一章,作者重點從組織、資金、技術(shù)、人才、企業(yè)文化和企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)等方面提出了實現(xiàn)廣西A路橋公司企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的相關(guān)保障措施。
[Abstract]:The author analyzes the internal and external strategic environment of Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company by means of PESTEL analysis, strategic group analysis and "five forces model" analysis, and evaluates the advantages of Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company by using IFE / EFE matrix analysis method. Disadvantages and opportunities, threats, and then use SWOT matrix analysis to match the alternative strategy of Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company, and then, according to the comprehensive advantage theory, select the corporate strategy of Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company, finally, In this paper, five chapters are given, including introduction, internal strategic environment analysis, external strategic environment analysis and matching, and selection of strategy. The first chapter of this paper is the introduction. In this chapter, the author expounds the background and significance of the selected topic of "Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company Enterprise Strategy Research", the research methods, the research content and the framework, etc., at the same time, The second chapter is the analysis of the internal strategic environment of Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company. In this chapter, the author analyzes the advantages of Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company from the aspects of enterprise resources and capability. The author first analyzes the company's enterprise resources in terms of both tangible and intangible resources, with emphasis on the company's machinery and equipment, human resources, technology and goodwill, performance, etc. Then, the author analyzes the company's enterprise capability, which focuses on the management, marketing, financial, production and R & D capabilities of the company. Through the analysis, the author uses the IFE matrix analysis method to evaluate the internal advantages of the company. The third chapter is the analysis of the external strategic environment of Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company. In this chapter, the author analyzes the external strategic environment of Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company from the macro environment and the industrial environment. The macro environment analysis focuses on the company's political environment, policy and legal environment, economic environment, technological environment, as well as social environment, cultural environment, population environment and natural environment. In the aspect of industrial environment analysis, the paper focuses on the situation of civil automobile ownership, highway development, passenger transport and freight transport in mainland China, as well as the distribution and strategic cluster of highway construction enterprises in mainland China. At the same time, it also analyzes the industrial environment. The author also applies Porter's "five Forces Analysis Model" to analyze the five aspects of competitive power in highway construction industry, that is, intra-industry competition analysis, potential entrant analysis, substitute analysis, etc. Buyer bargaining power analysis and supply-side bargaining power analysis. Finally, the author uses EFE matrix analysis method to evaluate the opportunities and threats faced by the company. Chapter 4th of this paper is the matching and determining strategy. First of all, on the basis of the analysis of the external strategic environment in Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company, the author clarifies the company's enterprise vision, and then, under the guidance of the enterprise vision, establishes the mission of the company. Finally, the author uses the SWOT matrix analysis method to match all the alternative strategies of the company, and then, According to the theory of comprehensive advantage strategy, the enterprise strategy of the company is selected. Chapter 5th of this paper is the safeguard measure. In this chapter, the author focuses on organization, capital, technology, talent, etc. In the aspects of corporate culture and enterprise information system, this paper puts forward the relevant safeguard measures to realize the enterprise strategy of Guangxi A Road and Bridge Company.
