鳧洲大橋移動模架造橋機的設(shè)計與施工技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:目前,橋梁上部結(jié)構(gòu)施工的主要方法有支架現(xiàn)澆法、預(yù)制安裝法和移動模架逐孔施工法。移動模架法施工屬于較新穎的施工工藝,與其它施工方法相互比較,具有占地面積小、無需基礎(chǔ)處理和對橋下凈空要求低等優(yōu)點,該施工法屬于支架法施工的一種。該方法所采用的設(shè)備稱為移動模架造橋機,它是一種自帶模板,利用承臺或墩柱作為支承,對橋梁進行現(xiàn)場澆筑的施工機械,已廣泛地被采用在公路橋、鐵路橋的連續(xù)梁施工中,是較為先進的施工方法。移動模架造橋機目前來看是一種較為先進的造橋施工設(shè)備,它對建造混凝土箱梁有許多優(yōu)點,如機械化程度高、施工速度快、適用范圍廣、施工質(zhì)量高等,在國內(nèi)外已被廣泛使用,而國內(nèi)造橋機的研究相對來說比較晚一些。本文結(jié)合作者參與的廣東鳧洲大橋工程為背景,針對施工中用到的上行式移動模架造橋機進行結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計和施工工藝研究。文中首先介紹了移動模架造橋機的主要類型,對各自進行了比較,結(jié)合施工實際情況要求和相關(guān)參數(shù),進行了整體方案設(shè)計;其次闡述了該造橋機的結(jié)構(gòu)組成、工作原理,對其工況和荷載進行了分析;根據(jù)移動模架造橋機的結(jié)構(gòu)和施工原理,利用有限元計算軟件ANSYS進行了分析計算,重點對主要構(gòu)件建立了三維有限元模型,分析了該造橋機的主要結(jié)構(gòu)件在不同工況下的應(yīng)力變形,為造橋機的整體設(shè)計和制造提供了相關(guān)依據(jù);最后介紹了移動模架造橋機的施工技術(shù)及施工線性控制技術(shù)的運用。論文重點講述造橋機的整體設(shè)計和制造安裝,并隊整機施工前進行了靜載試驗驗,驗證了造橋機的剛度和強度指標,特別是對施工工藝和各種工況進行了分析,所設(shè)計的移動模架造橋機己投入實際施工,并且在施工中運用良好。論文的研究對同類型造橋機設(shè)計制造具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義,也對該類型的橋梁施工工藝有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:At present, the main methods of bridge superstructure construction are support cast-in-place method, precast installation method and moving mould frame construction method. The moving mould frame construction is a relatively new construction technology, and compared with other construction methods, it has a small area. The construction method is a kind of support construction method. The equipment used in this method is called mobile mould frame bridge-making machine. It is a kind of own formwork, which uses the cap or pier column as the support. The construction machinery for in-situ pouring of bridges has been widely used in the continuous beam construction of highway bridges and railway bridges, which is a more advanced construction method. It has many advantages on the construction of concrete box girder, such as high degree of mechanization, high speed of construction, wide range of application, high quality of construction, etc., and has been widely used at home and abroad. However, the study of bridge builders in China is relatively late. In this paper, the author participated in the project of Guangdong Fuzhou Bridge as the background. This paper studies the structure design and construction technology of the uplink moving mould frame bridge machine used in construction. First of all, this paper introduces the main types of the mobile mould frame bridge construction machine, compares them with each other, and combines with the actual construction requirements and relevant parameters. The whole scheme is designed. Secondly, the structure, working principle, working condition and load of the bridge construction machine are expounded. According to the structure and construction principle of the mobile mould frame bridge maker, the structure and construction principle of the bridge construction machine are discussed. The finite element calculation software ANSYS is used to analyze and calculate, the 3D finite element model of the main components is established, and the stress and deformation of the main structural parts of the bridge construction machine under different working conditions are analyzed. This paper provides the relevant basis for the overall design and manufacture of the bridge building machine, and finally introduces the construction technology and the application of the construction linear control technology of the mobile mould frame bridge-making machine. The paper focuses on the overall design and manufacturing installation of the bridge building machine. The static load test was carried out before the construction of the whole machine, and the stiffness and strength indexes of the bridge builder were verified. In particular, the construction technology and various working conditions were analyzed, and the designed mobile mould frame bridge-making machine was put into actual construction. The research of this paper has certain guiding significance to the design and manufacture of the same type bridge construction machine, and also has certain reference significance to the bridge construction technology of the same type.
