基于自然約束語(yǔ)言的多目標(biāo)泊位—岸橋計(jì)劃干擾恢復(fù)研究

【摘要】:集裝箱碼頭實(shí)際船舶靠泊和裝卸過(guò)程中經(jīng)常會(huì)出現(xiàn)各種干擾事件,如船舶晚點(diǎn)到達(dá)產(chǎn)生的搶班作業(yè)、因惡劣天氣導(dǎo)致船舶作業(yè)延誤、設(shè)備故障及生產(chǎn)事故等等,這些干擾事件的發(fā)生會(huì)打亂原有泊位及岸橋分配計(jì)劃,使原計(jì)劃不能正常執(zhí)行,甚至不可行。因此需要對(duì)原計(jì)劃進(jìn)行調(diào)整,盡量減少干擾事件對(duì)系統(tǒng)產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響。對(duì)這類問(wèn)題的研究,不僅有一般理論研究意義,往往更具有實(shí)際應(yīng)用價(jià)值,特別是更符合在支線港、喂給港及內(nèi)貿(mào)集裝箱碼頭的生產(chǎn)情況和泊位調(diào)度優(yōu)化需求。本文對(duì)集裝箱碼頭靠泊作業(yè)中出現(xiàn)的干擾事件進(jìn)行了來(lái)源分析及分類,借鑒干擾管理的思想,根據(jù)不同干擾因素對(duì)泊位-岸橋計(jì)劃干擾程度的不同,制定出相應(yīng)的岸橋調(diào)整策略與泊位調(diào)整策略。在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用一階數(shù)理邏輯分別對(duì)多目標(biāo)岸橋調(diào)度干擾恢復(fù)與多目標(biāo)泊位調(diào)度干擾恢復(fù)進(jìn)行建模描述,模型綜合考慮船舶客戶不滿意度指標(biāo)、船舶靠泊位置較原計(jì)劃偏離及碼頭岸橋作業(yè)的成本。在求解上,考慮到該問(wèn)題是一個(gè)典型的NP問(wèn)題,本文嘗試采用以數(shù)理邏輯為語(yǔ)法的自然約束語(yǔ)言(NCL)對(duì)該問(wèn)題進(jìn)行求解,設(shè)計(jì)了基于最小松弛度與順序性的NCL的求解規(guī)則,采用基于字典順序的求解方法進(jìn)行求解。通過(guò)具體實(shí)例,對(duì)模型進(jìn)行了求解驗(yàn)證,并且與單目標(biāo)干擾恢復(fù)方法的進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。結(jié)果表明,在規(guī)定的求解時(shí)間內(nèi),多目標(biāo)泊位-岸橋干擾恢復(fù)方法相比單目標(biāo)恢復(fù)方法具有一定的優(yōu)越性,基于NCL的求解規(guī)則能夠有效及高效地對(duì)船舶泊位-岸橋計(jì)劃進(jìn)行干擾恢復(fù),為集裝箱碼頭實(shí)際生產(chǎn)運(yùn)作提供一定的指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:During the actual ship berthing and loading and unloading process of container terminal, there are often various kinds of interference events, such as the scrambling operation caused by the late arrival of the ship, the delay of the ship operation due to the bad weather, the equipment breakdown and the production accident, and so on. The occurrence of these disturbance events will disrupt the original berth and shore bridge allocation plan, which will make the original plan unworkable or even feasible. Therefore, it is necessary to adjust the original plan. The study of such problems is not only of general theoretical significance, but also of practical application value, especially in feeder ports. The production situation and berth scheduling optimization demand of feed port and domestic trade container terminal. In this paper, the source analysis and classification of interference events in container terminal berthing operation are carried out, and the idea of interference management is used for reference. According to the different interference factors on berth and berth planning, the corresponding adjustment strategy and berth adjustment strategy are worked out. The first order mathematical logic is used to model and describe the disturbance recovery of multi-objective shore bridge scheduling and multi-objective berth scheduling respectively. The model considers the ship customer dissatisfactory index synthetically. The ship berthing position deviates from the original plan and the cost of the operation of the quayside bridge. Considering that the problem is a typical NP problem, this paper attempts to solve the problem by using the natural constraint language (NCLs), which takes mathematical logic as the syntax. In this paper, the solution rules of NCL based on minimum relaxation and sequence are designed, and the method based on dictionary sequence is used to solve the problem. The results show that the multi-target berth / shore bridge restoration method has some advantages over the single target restoration method. The solving rules based on NCL can effectively and efficiently recover the ship berth-shore bridge plan and provide some guidance for the actual operation of container terminal.
