哈爾濱軌道交通與常規(guī)公共交通換乘協(xié)調(diào)性評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,哈爾濱的城市化水平不斷提高,公共交通擁堵狀況日益加劇,已成為制約哈爾濱經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一道瓶頸。近年來,城市軌道交通作為運(yùn)量大、速度快、安全、節(jié)約能源和用地的快速交通方式,在我國各大中心城市得到了普遍認(rèn)可和大規(guī)模發(fā)展。隨之而來的軌道交通與常規(guī)公共交通之間的換乘服務(wù)的順暢性、便捷性以及安全性受到社會(huì)越來越多的關(guān)注。因此,研究軌道交通與常規(guī)公共交通換乘協(xié)調(diào)性評(píng)價(jià)非常有意義。論文在分析哈爾濱軌道交通系統(tǒng)與常規(guī)公交系統(tǒng)的基礎(chǔ)上,選擇特定的車站分析軌道交通與常規(guī)公共交通換乘協(xié)調(diào)性。在此基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)哈爾濱的軌道交通與常規(guī)公共交通換乘協(xié)調(diào)性綜合評(píng)價(jià),提出了城市交通的改善方案。本文研究?jī)?nèi)容主要有以下幾個(gè)方面:(1)簡(jiǎn)述了城市軌道交通與常規(guī)公交協(xié)調(diào)換乘的基本內(nèi)涵,比較分析了城市軌道交通與常規(guī)公交的交通特征,探討了兩種不同交通方式對(duì)客流量的影響和相互作用。采用層次分析算法,選取軌道交通、公共汽車、出租車和私家車等四種出行方式,利用MATLAB軟件建立了價(jià)格、速度、方便度、可靠性、耗能和環(huán)保的數(shù)學(xué)模型,預(yù)測(cè)哈爾濱軌道沿線居民的各出行方式的百分比分別為0.3047、0.3912、0.1151以及0.1888。對(duì)軌道交通與土地利用的定量關(guān)系進(jìn)行了分析,用以預(yù)測(cè)軌道交通對(duì)城市土地增值的影響。(2)通過協(xié)調(diào)換乘的基本內(nèi)涵和基本特征,分析了軌道交通與公共交通換乘協(xié)調(diào)性的匹配關(guān)系,包括通道的設(shè)施寬度、集散的設(shè)施面積、排隊(duì)的設(shè)施、公共交通數(shù)量等影響因素;根據(jù)設(shè)施的分類,分析了站臺(tái)、站廳、樓扶梯及通道等進(jìn)行特征、布設(shè)原則及能力;在換乘站的綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系構(gòu)建基礎(chǔ)上,分析了哈爾濱的軌道交通線路換乘便捷性。(3)在前期調(diào)研和資料整理收集基礎(chǔ)上,分別分析了哈爾濱的軌道交通和常規(guī)公共交通的狀況。選取哈爾濱1號(hào)線沿線換乘站點(diǎn)中具有代表性的哈爾濱醫(yī)科大學(xué)附屬第一醫(yī)院站和哈爾濱工程大學(xué)站為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)其軌道交通樞紐內(nèi)部設(shè)施的交通換乘協(xié)調(diào)性進(jìn)行了評(píng)價(jià)分析。(4)采用層次分析法,以哈爾濱軌道交通1號(hào)線和常規(guī)公共交通換乘為例,建立評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系的原則,選取運(yùn)能匹配度、人均換乘設(shè)施面積、平均換乘時(shí)間、平均換乘次數(shù)、換乘舒適度等評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。研究表明:哈爾濱的軌道交通與常規(guī)公共交通換乘協(xié)調(diào)性值為78.03,即哈爾濱的換乘還不是很理想。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出了城市交通的改善方案,以緩解哈爾濱的城市交通擁堵問題。本研究成果對(duì)哈爾濱市交通方式的改善換乘具有一定的指導(dǎo)意義和應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, Harbin city continuously improve the level of public, traffic congestion is becoming increasingly intensified, has become a bottleneck restricting the economic development of Harbin. In recent years, the city rail transportation as large volume, high speed, safety, energy saving and fast transportation, has been generally recognized and the large-scale development in China's major center city. The smooth followed between the rail transit and conventional public transport services, convenience and safety have attracted more and more attention. Therefore, the evaluation study on the coordination between the rail transit and bus transit transfer is of great significance. Based on the system analysis of Harbin rail transit system with the bus station, the selection of a specific analysis of the rail transit and bus transit transfer coordination. On this basis, the Harbin rail traffic. With the conventional public transportation transfer coordination appraisal, proposed the improvement plan of city traffic. The main contents of this paper are the following aspects: (1) the basic connotation of city rail transit and conventional bus transfer coordination, a comparative analysis of the traffic characteristics of city bus transit and rail transit, discusses two kinds of traffic on the impact of traffic and interaction. Using AHP algorithm, selection of rail transportation, buses, taxis and private cars and other four kinds of way to travel, the establishment of price, using MATLAB software to speed, convenience, reliability, energy consumption and environmental protection model, the prediction is analyzed along the track of the percentage of Harbin residents travel the 0.3047,0.3912,0.1151 and 0.1888. respectively for rail transit and land use quantitative relationship for the prediction of rail traffic on the city land value . (2) the basic connotation and basic characteristics of the transfer coordination, analyzes the matching relationship between rail transit and public transportation transfer coordination, including channel width distribution facilities, facilities area, queuing facilities, public transportation such as the number of impact factors; according to the classification of facilities, station, station hall, floor the escalator and channel characteristics, layout principles and ability; based on establishing a comprehensive evaluation index system of transfer station, of the rail transit line in Harbin transfer convenience. (3) in the early stage of research and data collection on the basis of analyzed Harbin rail transportation and conventional public traffic condition. It selects the the representative of Harbin along the No. 1 line transfer station in First Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University station and station of Harbin Engineering University as the research object, the internal facilities of the rail traffic hub traffic Transfer coordination were evaluated. (4) by using AHP method, taking Harbin Rail Transit Line 1 and conventional public traffic transfer as an example, the principle of establishing evaluation index system, select the capacity matching degree, the per capita transfer facility area, average transfer time, average transfer time, transfer comfort evaluation index. Show that the rail transit and bus transit transfer coordination in Harbin was 78.03, Harbin's transfer is not very satisfactory. On this basis, put forward to improve the city traffic plan, in order to alleviate the traffic congestion in Harbin city. The results of this study to improve the transfer mode of transportation in the city of Harbin has certain guiding significance and application value.
