材料本征參數(shù)及試驗條件對瀝青-石料粘附性影響分析

【摘要】:利用接觸角法研究瀝青-石料粘附性來預(yù)防瀝青混合料水損害已成為近年來的研究熱點。本文采用接觸角法,以公路建設(shè)中常用的七種石料和三種瀝青作為研究對象,以期得到同一、穩(wěn)定的試驗條件來研究材料的本征參數(shù)對瀝青-石料粘附性的影響。結(jié)果表明,試樣經(jīng)過15.9 mm拋光度拋光、蒸餾水-無水乙醇-環(huán)己烷-蒸餾水依次清洗、60℃試驗溫度條件下進(jìn)行接觸角試驗,所得瀝青-石料粘附功與材料本征參數(shù)影響瀝青-石料粘附性的結(jié)果相對應(yīng)。
[Abstract]:Using contact angle method to study the adhesion of asphalt and stone to prevent asphalt mixture water damage has become a research hotspot in recent years. In this paper, seven kinds of stone and three kinds of asphalt, which are commonly used in highway construction, are used as research objects. In order to obtain the same and stable test conditions to study the influence of the intrinsic parameters of the material on the adhesion of bitumen to stone, the results show that the sample has been polished with a polishing degree of 15.9 mm. The contact angle test of distilled water, ethanol, cyclohexane and distilled water was carried out at 60 鈩,
