熱拌瀝青混合料的篩分機理及試驗研究

【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國交通運輸事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,瀝青路面因其具有行車舒適、修建迅速、維修方便及防眩低噪等優(yōu)點,逐漸成為我國道路路面結(jié)構(gòu)的主要形式,瀝青混合料的需求也日益增加。研究熱拌瀝青混合料篩分,可以進一步了解其特點和性質(zhì),并探索一次拌和得到兩種甚至多種不同配合比的熱拌瀝青混合料的可能性。本文首先設計了一套簡單的熱拌瀝青混合料(HMA)實驗室篩分試驗程序:①由馬歇爾設計法得到AC-13與AC-20兩種HMA,將這兩種HMA攪拌后依次通過孔徑為16mm、13.2mm、4.75mm的方孔篩進行篩分;②對篩分得到的四檔瀝青混合料按照一定比例進行重新分配,得到新的AC-13(n)與AC-20(n);③通過燃燒法和抽提法試驗測定AC-13(n)與AC-20(n)的瀝青含量及其礦料級配曲線;④分別對比AC-13(n)與AC-13和AC-20(n)與AC-20的瀝青含量和礦料級配曲線變化情況。然后通過分析試驗數(shù)據(jù)和觀察試驗現(xiàn)象,探究熱拌瀝青混合料篩分的可行性。最后嘗試引入了膠漿理論和分形理論,對熱拌瀝青混合料的篩分機理進行分析。本文的主要研究結(jié)論包括:(1)熱拌瀝青混合料篩分是可行的。通過篩分得到的新瀝青混合料在瀝青含量和礦料級配曲線方面均符合規(guī)范規(guī)定的范圍,且偏離最初的設計很小。(2)瀝青結(jié)合料的黏性對熱拌瀝青混合料篩分有影響。隨著瀝青結(jié)合料黏性增大,將致使熱拌瀝青混合料在篩分過程中透篩不夠充分。另外,隨著結(jié)合料黏性的增大,篩網(wǎng)上粘附的細集料增多,使得細集料的偏差更加明顯。(3)在一定范圍內(nèi),隨著粉膠比的提高,瀝青膠漿的黏性逐漸增大,瀝青膠漿的高黏性影響細集料在粗集料表面的粘附,最終會影響熱拌瀝青混合料篩分中的礦料分布。(4)影響熱拌瀝青混合料篩分的因素,除與其自身特性有關,還與篩分方式、篩網(wǎng)特征及其他外界因素有關。(5)對于連續(xù)密級配熱拌瀝青混合料,適當提高瀝青結(jié)合料的黏性,可以改善瀝青混合料級配離析。(6)初次嘗試將分形理論應用到了熱拌瀝青混合料篩分分析中。研究表明,篩分后的各檔瀝青混合料級配曲線具有顯著的分形特征,引入分形理論進行相關分析是一個有益的嘗試。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of transportation in China, asphalt pavement has gradually become the main form of road pavement structure in China because of its advantages of comfortable driving, rapid construction, easy maintenance and anti-dazzling and low noise. The demand for asphalt mixture is also increasing day by day. To study the screening of hot mix asphalt mixture, we can further understand its characteristics and properties. And to explore the possibility of getting two or more kinds of hot mix asphalt mixture with different mix ratio at one time. In this paper, a simple laboratory screening test program: 1 was designed by Marshall method. Two kinds of HMAs, AC-13 and AC-20, were obtained by mixing the two kinds of HMA, and then the four grade asphalt mixture was redistributed according to a certain proportion through the square hole sieve with the aperture of 16mm ~ 13.2mm ~ 4.75mm. A new AC-13 (n) and AC-20 (n) 3 were obtained. The asphalt content and aggregate gradation curve of AC-13 (n) and AC-20 (n) were determined by combustion and extraction methods respectively. The asphalt content and aggregate gradation curve of AC-13 (n) and AC-20 (n)) and AC-20 were compared with those of AC-13 (n) and AC-20 (n) and AC-20, respectively. Then, the asphalt content and aggregate gradation curve of AC-13 (n) and AC-20 (n) were compared with those of AC-20 (n) and AC-20. Analysis of experimental data and observation of experimental phenomena, The feasibility of sieving hot mix asphalt mixture is explored. Finally, the slurry theory and fractal theory are introduced. The screening mechanism of hot mix asphalt mixture is analyzed. The main research conclusions in this paper include: 1) screening of hot mix asphalt mixture is feasible. All comply with the scope specified in the Code, Moreover, the viscosity of asphalt binder has an effect on the screening of hot mix asphalt mixture. With the increase of viscosity of asphalt binder, it will lead to inadequate screening of hot mix asphalt mixture during screening process. With the increase of the viscosity of binder, the adhesion of fine aggregate on the screen increases, which makes the deviation of fine aggregate more obvious in a certain range. With the increase of the ratio of powder to binder, the viscosity of asphalt mortar increases gradually. The high viscosity of asphalt mortar affects the adhesion of fine aggregate on the surface of coarse aggregate, and finally affects the distribution of mineral aggregate in the screening of hot mix asphalt mixture. 4) the factors affecting the screening of hot mix asphalt mixture are related not only to its own characteristics, but also to the screening method. Sieve mesh characteristics and other external factors. 5) for continuous dense gradation hot mix asphalt mixture, the viscosity of asphalt binder can be improved appropriately. The fractal theory is applied to the screening analysis of hot mix asphalt mixture for the first time. The research shows that the gradation curve of each grade asphalt mixture after screening has remarkable fractal characteristics. It is a useful attempt to introduce fractal theory into correlation analysis.
