【摘要】：為對不同類型的水上交通風險對象進行準確而高效的評價,綜合考慮現(xiàn)有風險評價方法及軟件的優(yōu)劣,基于熵權TOPSIS模型,開發(fā)一種水上交通風險評價軟件。通過分析風險評價軟件設計需求,對軟件功能進行總體設計和詳細設計,將軟件分為數(shù)據(jù)輸入、數(shù)據(jù)計算和數(shù)據(jù)輸出3個模塊。數(shù)據(jù)處理程序由Visual C++6.0語言實現(xiàn),軟件界面通過MFC框架設計。為驗證軟件的基本功能和評價結果的有效性,對軟件進行集成測試和驗收測試。結果表明,基于熵權TOPSIS模型的水上交通風險評價軟件功能正常、操作簡便、準確性好,具有較強的實用性。
[Abstract]:For the accurate and efficient evaluation of different types of water transportation risk object, considering the existing risk assessment methods and software quality, entropy TOPSIS model based on the development of a risk assessment of traffic on water. By analyzing the demand of software risk assessment software design, overall design and detailed design of the software function, the software as data input, data calculation and data output module 3. Data processing program is realized by Visual C++6.0 language, software interface through the MFC framework design. To validate the software basic function and the evaluation results of the integrated testing and acceptance testing of software. The results show that based on entropy TOPSIS model for water transportation the risk evaluation of software function, simple operation, good accuracy and strong practicability.
