基于車載GPS數(shù)據(jù)的地面公交運營服務質(zhì)量評價研究

【摘要】:地面公交是城市公交系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分,也是當前分擔城市居民出行最多的城市內(nèi)客運交通方式,其中主要包括有定點定線運營的常規(guī)公交線路和在城市內(nèi)自由行駛運營的出租車。在當前的城市發(fā)展狀態(tài)下,提高地面公交的運營服務質(zhì)量,可以有效提高的公交吸引力,提升公交分擔率,緩解城市交通壓力促進城市交通和諧發(fā)展。目前,已經(jīng)有很多地面公交優(yōu)化措施被提出和應用,如優(yōu)化常規(guī)公交線路、設計公交專用道和專用信號系統(tǒng)、應用信息化管理服務手段、規(guī)范出租車運營服務秩序等。為了在進行地面公交優(yōu)化的過程中做到有的放矢,需要一種務實有效的地面公交評價手段來掌握地面公交當前的具體的運營服務情況,發(fā)現(xiàn)和解決地面公交在道路運營服務中存在的具體問題,為進一步提高地面公交運營服務質(zhì)量提供依據(jù)。論文立足于對車載GPS數(shù)據(jù)的應用,通過數(shù)據(jù)獲取、數(shù)據(jù)初步分析、數(shù)據(jù)深度挖掘等步驟,分析地面公交運營服務的特性,挖掘地面公交運營服務相關數(shù)據(jù)的規(guī)律和時空分布情況。在研究中,將常規(guī)公交和出租車分別進行評價體系的設計,針對常規(guī)公交和出租車的運營特點依據(jù)文獻調(diào)查法等方法分別選取不同的評價指標,依據(jù)指標特點選擇準則層,構(gòu)建分層次的運營服務評價指標體系。應用文獻調(diào)查法、專家咨詢法、層次分析法等研究方法獲取各評價指標權重,劃分各評價指標的評價等級,可以依據(jù)車載GPS數(shù)據(jù)分析各評價指標在評價等級中的隸屬度情況,應用模糊綜合評價法對地面公交的運營服務質(zhì)量進行評價,獲得評價結(jié)論。最后,論文分別選取哈爾濱市的不同常規(guī)公交線路、不同出租車作為樣本,利用本文設計的評價方法對哈爾濱市的地面公交運營服務質(zhì)量進行評價,得到了評價結(jié)果和優(yōu)化建議:哈爾濱城市地面公交運營服務質(zhì)量處于一般水平;對評價方法的可行性進行了驗證。
[Abstract]:Ground public transport is an important part of the urban public transport system, and it is also the passenger transport mode in the city that shares most of the urban residents' travel at present. These include regular public transport lines with fixed points and taxis that operate freely in the city. Under the current urban development state, improving the service quality of ground public transport can effectively enhance the attractiveness of public transport. At present, many ground bus optimization measures have been put forward and applied, such as optimizing conventional bus routes, designing special bus lanes and special signal systems. Applying the information management service means, standardizing the taxi operation service order, etc. In order to achieve the objective in the course of the ground bus optimization, We need a practical and effective evaluation method to grasp the current situation of the ground public transport and find out and solve the specific problems in the road operation service. In order to provide the basis for further improving the service quality of ground bus operation, this paper bases on the application of on-board GPS data, analyzes the characteristics of ground bus operation service through the steps of data acquisition, data preliminary analysis, data depth mining and so on. Excavate the laws and temporal and spatial distribution of the data related to the operation of public transport services on the ground. In the study, design the evaluation system of conventional public transport and taxis, According to the operation characteristics of buses and taxis, different evaluation indexes are selected according to the methods of literature survey, and the criteria layer is selected according to the characteristics of the indexes, and a hierarchical evaluation index system of operation services is constructed, and the literature survey method is applied. The expert consultation method, analytic hierarchy process and other research methods can obtain the weight of each evaluation index, divide the evaluation grade of each evaluation index, and analyze the membership degree of each evaluation index in the evaluation grade according to the vehicle GPS data. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the service quality of ground public transportation, and the evaluation conclusion is obtained. Finally, the paper selects different routine bus routes and different taxis as samples, respectively. The evaluation method designed in this paper is used to evaluate the service quality of surface public transport operation in Harbin, and the evaluation results and optimization suggestions are obtained: the service quality of Harbin urban surface transit operation is at a general level; The feasibility of the evaluation method is verified.
