低速?zèng)_擊作用下石灰?guī)r動(dòng)態(tài)損傷力學(xué)特性研究

【摘要】:為了研究石灰?guī)r在低速?zèng)_擊下的動(dòng)態(tài)損傷力學(xué)特性,利用霍普金森壓桿(SHPB)分別對(duì)波長(zhǎng)為1.2,1.6 m的2種應(yīng)力波作用下的5組石灰?guī)r試樣進(jìn)行低速(3~7 m/s)沖擊試驗(yàn)。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),石灰?guī)r表現(xiàn)出一定的應(yīng)變率效應(yīng)和波長(zhǎng)效應(yīng)。在低速?zèng)_擊作用下,子彈速度與應(yīng)變率呈指數(shù)關(guān)系;在低應(yīng)變率下(60 s~(-1)),損傷與應(yīng)變率呈指數(shù)關(guān)系;應(yīng)變率和峰值應(yīng)力正相關(guān),彈性模量與損傷線性相關(guān)。以此為依據(jù),提出了適合于低速?zèng)_擊的石灰?guī)r損傷計(jì)算模型D=Ae~(αε)(βE+γ),利用試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)擬合未知參數(shù),并驗(yàn)證其準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the dynamic damage mechanical properties of limestone under low velocity impact, the impact tests of 5 groups of limestone samples under two stress waves with wavelength of 1.2 ~ 1.6 m were carried out by using Hopkinson compression bar SHPB.The results show that. Limestone shows certain strain rate effect and wavelength effect. Under low velocity impact, bullet velocity is exponentially related to strain rate; at low strain rate, there is an exponential relationship between damage and strain rate, and strain rate and peak stress are positively correlated. Based on the linear correlation between elastic modulus and damage, a damage calculation model of limestone (偽 蔚 (尾 E 緯)), which is suitable for low velocity impact, is proposed. The unknown parameters are fitted with experimental data and its accuracy is verified.
