【摘要】：在開展一個(gè)工程質(zhì)量的評(píng)價(jià)及控制工作的過程中,其中一些基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)的重要來源就是工地試驗(yàn)室,這也是開展工程質(zhì)量管理工作中非常重要的管理內(nèi)容。隨著社會(huì)的快速發(fā)展,人們的生活和工作都對(duì)社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)提出了更高的要求。對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工地試驗(yàn)室建設(shè)予以足夠的重視,并在實(shí)際工作中認(rèn)真執(zhí)行,對(duì)于實(shí)際的工程管理水平及試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)準(zhǔn)確性的提升具有非常重要的意義。因此,工地試驗(yàn)室標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)是特大橋施工的基礎(chǔ)和前提。本論文結(jié)合銀川濱河黃河大橋工程的建設(shè),根據(jù)工程項(xiàng)目內(nèi)容和規(guī)模,從總體上嚴(yán)格按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)流程部署試驗(yàn)室建設(shè),并要對(duì)其各項(xiàng)建設(shè)內(nèi)容進(jìn)一步細(xì)化處理,從而給出完善的建設(shè)方案,對(duì)各個(gè)部分的工作職責(zé)予以明確,滿足指導(dǎo)施工順序,進(jìn)行施工管理,提供檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)等條件。通過工地試驗(yàn)室建設(shè)及管理兩方面,包括駐地建設(shè)、檔案管理工作、文化建設(shè)工作、體系建設(shè)工作、環(huán)境管理工作、設(shè)備配備、設(shè)備管理工作、人員的配備及管理工作、樣品管理、外委管理等要求,推動(dòng)工地試驗(yàn)室標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化建設(shè)工作全面開展。根據(jù)信息化數(shù)據(jù)報(bào)告,尤其是水泥混凝土抗壓試驗(yàn)檢測(cè)報(bào)告,依照檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的統(tǒng)計(jì),把握橋梁各部位結(jié)構(gòu)的強(qiáng)度,保證施工質(zhì)量。注重工地試驗(yàn)室管理工作的精細(xì)化、規(guī)范化及標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,積極引進(jìn)現(xiàn)代工程管理的理念及方法,保證所得到的檢測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)的客觀性及準(zhǔn)確性,以便于其在工程質(zhì)量控制及管理工作中的作用能夠得到充分的發(fā)揮,進(jìn)而促進(jìn)工程管理水平的切實(shí)提升。
[Abstract]:In the process of carrying out a project quality evaluation and control work, the important source of some basic data is the site laboratory, which is also a very important management content in carrying out the engineering quality management work. With the rapid development of society, People's lives and work have put forward higher requirements for the construction of social infrastructure. Adequate attention has been paid to the construction of standardized site laboratories, and they have been conscientiously implemented in practical work. Therefore, the construction of site laboratory standardization is the foundation and premise of the construction of large bridge. This paper combines with the construction of Yinchuan River Yellow River Bridge. According to the content and scale of the project, the laboratory is to be deployed in strict accordance with the standardized construction process, and the construction contents should be further refined to provide a perfect construction plan. The responsibilities of each part of the work should be clearly defined to meet the requirements of guiding the construction sequence, carrying out construction management, providing testing data, etc. Through the construction and management of the site laboratory, including the construction of the site and the management of the archives, Requirements for cultural construction, system building, environmental management, equipment equipping, equipment management, personnel allocation and management, sample management, outside management, etc. To promote the standardization construction of the site laboratory in an all-round way. According to the information data report, especially the cement concrete compressive test test report, according to the statistics of the test data, we can grasp the strength of each part of the bridge structure, To ensure the construction quality, pay attention to the fine, standardization and standardization of site laboratory management, actively introduce modern engineering management concepts and methods, and ensure the objectivity and accuracy of the measured data. In order to facilitate its role in engineering quality control and management can be fully play, and then promote the level of engineering management.
