【摘要】：山亭區(qū)、臺兒莊區(qū)是位于山東省南部的棗莊市所屬的市轄縣級區(qū),城市規(guī)模均不大,屬于新興發(fā)展的城市組團。近年來,棗莊市機動車數(shù)量激增,截止2013年,山亭區(qū)機動車數(shù)量達到14萬輛,而臺兒莊區(qū)的機動車數(shù)量也接近9萬輛。隨著機動車數(shù)量不斷增多,棗莊市山亭區(qū)和臺兒莊區(qū)出現(xiàn)了公共停車場數(shù)量不足、配建停車場建設(shè)跟不上、機動車亂停亂放等現(xiàn)象,因此急需對棗莊市山亭區(qū)和臺兒莊區(qū)的停車設(shè)施的規(guī)劃布局進行研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并提出優(yōu)化策略,以指導(dǎo)山亭區(qū)、臺兒莊區(qū)的健康發(fā)展。本文首先歸納闡述了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)的一些研究理論和已經(jīng)實現(xiàn)的優(yōu)化措施,借此啟發(fā)下一步本文對于停車設(shè)施這方面的相關(guān)研究。接著本文概括了一些適宜的停車需求預(yù)測的研究方法,并加以說明。然后本文通過棗莊市山亭區(qū)、臺兒莊區(qū)兩個實例的停車設(shè)施規(guī)劃來總結(jié)出合理的優(yōu)化措施。在山亭區(qū)、臺兒莊區(qū)的停車設(shè)施規(guī)劃中,本文運用了人口估算法、機動車保有量估算法、交通量—停車需求法來對這兩個區(qū)的停車需求進行預(yù)測,并得出了合理的結(jié)果。在停車設(shè)施規(guī)劃的研究中,本文著重研究公共停車場需求預(yù)測,建筑物配建停車場合理的制定建筑物配建停車位標(biāo)準(zhǔn),以及路內(nèi)停車場的合理規(guī)劃,這三方面是停車設(shè)施規(guī)劃中最關(guān)鍵的部分。本文在最后提出了停車設(shè)施規(guī)劃布局的相關(guān)發(fā)展策略,這些策略包括在這兩個區(qū)布置規(guī)模小而分散的公共停車場;依據(jù)這兩個區(qū)的實際情況制定建筑物配建停車位標(biāo)準(zhǔn);科學(xué)規(guī)劃路內(nèi)停車場;本文落腳于這三點,期望對棗莊市山亭區(qū)、臺兒莊區(qū)的停車設(shè)施存在問題提出正確的優(yōu)化發(fā)展策略。
[Abstract]:Shanting District, Taierzhuang District is the county district of Zaozhuang City, located in the south of Shandong Province. The size of the city is small and it belongs to a newly developed city group. In recent years, the number of motor vehicles in Zaozhuang City has increased dramatically. As of 2013, The number of motor vehicles in Shanting District reached 140,000, while the number of motor vehicles in Taierzhuang District was close to 90,000. With the increasing number of motor vehicles, there has been a shortage of public car parks in Shanting and Taierzhuang districts of Zaozhuang City. The construction of parking lot can not keep up with the construction of the vehicle, so it is urgent to study the layout of parking facilities in Shanting District and Taierzhuang District of Zaozhuang City, find out the problems and put forward optimization strategies to guide the Shanting District. The healthy development of Taierzhuang District. This paper first summarizes some relevant research theories at home and abroad and the optimization measures that have been realized. Then this paper summarizes some research methods of parking demand prediction and explains them. Then, through the mountain pavilion of Zaozhuang City, In the planning of parking facilities in Shanting District and Taierzhuang District, population estimation method and vehicle ownership estimation method are used in the planning of parking facilities in Taierzhuang District. The method of traffic volume and parking demand is used to predict the parking demand of these two districts, and the reasonable results are obtained. Reasonable establishment of building parking space standards and reasonable planning of on-street car parks, These three aspects are the most important part of parking facilities planning. At the end of this paper, the development strategies of parking facilities planning and layout are put forward, including the layout of small and scattered public parking lots in these two districts. According to the actual situation of these two districts, the standard of building parking space is formulated; the parking lot is scientifically planned; this article is based on these three points, expecting to the Shanting District of Zaozhuang City. The existing problems of parking facilities in Taierzhuang District put forward the correct optimal development strategy.
