福州瑯岐閩江大橋承臺大體積混凝土水化熱分析與溫控研究

【摘要】:隨著我國橋梁事業(yè)的高速發(fā)展,橋梁建設規(guī)模的不斷增大,大體積混凝土結構在橋梁工程中的應用越來越普遍。隨之而產(chǎn)生的大體積混凝土水化熱溫度控制問題已變得越來越重要,大體積混凝土由于體積龐大、散熱困難,在澆筑完成后的幾天內(nèi)其內(nèi)部溫度上升非常迅速,混凝土本身內(nèi)表形成較大的溫差。由于混凝土抗拉能力低,內(nèi)表溫差形成的溫度梯度導致溫度應力,容易使混凝土開裂,從而影響結構的安全性。因此,施工過程中的溫度控制對于大體積混凝土結構來說非常關鍵。本文介紹了水泥水化熱的形成機理及對工程的影響,大體積混凝土水化熱研究的意義及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀,混凝土的熱學性能及水泥水化熱的計算,熱傳導方程,邊界條件等,以及瞬態(tài)溫度場有限元計算原理。同時,本文通過福州瑯岐閩江大橋主橋3#主塔墩承臺大體積混凝土溫度控制的實際實施過程,揭示了大體積混凝土內(nèi)部溫度場和溫度應力的變化規(guī)律、以及施工工程中采用的溫控手段和措施達到的效果。通過對承臺的仿真計算和施工監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)分析,從混凝土的配合比選擇、雙摻技術、控制澆筑溫度、布置冷水管、分層分塊澆筑、振搗及養(yǎng)護等幾方面研究大體積混凝土的溫度場及溫控效果,整理出大體積混凝土的溫度場變化的一般規(guī)律,總結了施工中大體積混凝土溫度控制手段和措施的實際效果,提出了大體積混凝土結構水化熱溫升的控制措施和建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of bridge industry in China, the scale of bridge construction is increasing. The application of mass concrete structure in bridge engineering is becoming more and more common. The problem of mass concrete hydration temperature control has become more and more important. Mass concrete is difficult to dissipate because of its large volume. The internal temperature rises very rapidly within a few days after pouring, and the inner surface of the concrete forms a large temperature difference. Because of the low tensile capacity of concrete, the temperature gradient formed by the inner surface temperature difference leads to the temperature stress, which easily causes the concrete to crack. Therefore, the temperature control during construction is very important for mass concrete structure. The formation mechanism of hydration heat of cement and its influence on engineering are introduced in this paper. The significance of research on hydration heat of mass concrete and its present situation at home and abroad, the thermal properties of concrete and the calculation of hydration heat of cement, heat conduction equation, boundary conditions, and the finite element calculation principle of transient temperature field, etc. Through the actual process of temperature control of mass concrete in the cap of the main tower pier of the main bridge of Luangqi Minjiang River Bridge in Fuzhou, this paper reveals the variation law of temperature field and temperature stress in mass concrete. Through the simulation calculation of the cap and the analysis of the construction monitoring data, from the concrete mix ratio selection, the double mixing technology, the control of the pouring temperature, the arrangement of the cold water pipe, In this paper, the temperature field and temperature control effect of mass concrete are studied in several aspects, such as stratified pouring, vibrating and curing, and the general rules of temperature field change of mass concrete are sorted out. This paper summarizes the practical effect of the temperature control measures of mass concrete in construction, and puts forward the control measures and suggestions for the hydration heat temperature rise of mass concrete structures.
