緩釋自融雪瀝青混合料性能研究

【摘要】:季凍區(qū)冬季積雪凍結(jié)路面行車安全問題是亟待解決的一大難題,如何科學(xué)有效的抑制路面凍結(jié),得到了各界人士的關(guān)注。緩釋自融雪瀝青路面是將抑制凍結(jié)材料替代部分(或全部)填料或者直接添加到瀝青混合料中,鋪設(shè)而成的新型瀝青路面,瀝青混合料中的有效成分由于毛細(xì)作用以及車輛碾壓緩慢釋放,降低了路表水的冰點(diǎn),抑制道路積雪結(jié)冰,從而達(dá)到自融雪效果。本文選取MFL以及V-260兩種自融雪劑進(jìn)行研究,采用馬歇爾設(shè)計(jì)方法確定瀝青混合料的配合比,MFL利用等體積置換礦粉的方法添加到瀝青混合料中,V-260則采用按比例直接摻加的方法添加到瀝青混合料中。通過馬歇爾試件的自然浸泡試驗(yàn)研究其有效成分的釋放規(guī)律以及空隙率變化,并與摻加未經(jīng)緩釋處理除冰鹽的試樣作對(duì)比,結(jié)合浸水馬歇爾試驗(yàn)水穩(wěn)定性指標(biāo)分別確定兩種抑制凍結(jié)材料的最佳摻量。從瀝青膠漿入手,通過BBR與DSR試驗(yàn),研究瀝青膠漿的高低溫流變性能。并對(duì)緩釋自融雪瀝青混合料的路用性能,短期融雪效果以及長(zhǎng)期融雪效果進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步研究,通過長(zhǎng)周期氯離子釋放試驗(yàn),建立回歸模型估算緩釋自融雪瀝青路面的有效使用年限。
[Abstract]:It is a difficult problem to solve the problem of driving safety in winter snow freezing road in seasonal freezing area. How to restrain the road freezing scientifically and effectively is a big problem to be solved. Slow release snowmelt asphalt pavement is a new type of asphalt pavement, which replaces some (or all) of the frozen material and replaces some (or all) of the filler, or directly adds to the asphalt mixture. Due to the capillary effect and the slow release of vehicle rolling, the effective components of asphalt mixture reduce the freezing point of road surface water, restrain the road snow icing, and achieve the effect of self-melting snow. In this paper, MFL and V-260 are selected to study the effect of self-melting snow. The Marshall design method was used to determine the mix ratio of asphalt mixture MFL was added to the asphalt mixture by replacing mineral powder with equal volume, and the proportional direct mixing method was adopted to add the V-260 to the asphalt mixture. The natural immersion test of the samples was conducted to study the release law of the active components and the change of the porosity. And compared with the sample with untreated deicing salt, combined with the water stability index of immersion Marshall test, the optimum amount of two kinds of frozen materials was determined. Starting from the asphalt mortar, the BBR and DSR tests were carried out. The rheological properties of asphalt mortar at high and low temperature were studied. The road performance, short-term snowmelt effect and long-term snowmelt effect of slow-release self-melting asphalt mixture were further studied, and the long-period chloride release test was carried out. A regression model was established to estimate the effective service life of slow-release snowmelt asphalt pavement.
