【摘要】:在非洲等地的道路工程建設(shè)前期中,由于對(duì)黑棉土的認(rèn)識(shí)不足,工程中把其當(dāng)普通土對(duì)待,造成后期道路運(yùn)營(yíng)中病害頻發(fā),給公路建設(shè)項(xiàng)目的安全質(zhì)量帶來了極大的危害。當(dāng)工程建設(shè)人員認(rèn)識(shí)到黑棉土的不良工程性質(zhì)后,大量工程中又出現(xiàn)了盲目的全部換填,道路建設(shè)成本陡然上升?紤]到路基的安全性、穩(wěn)定性以及工程的經(jīng)濟(jì)性,適用黑棉土地區(qū)的路基修筑技術(shù)值得研究。本文以黑棉土地區(qū)路基修筑技術(shù)作為研究對(duì)象,通過總結(jié)埃塞俄比亞當(dāng)?shù)氐缆方ㄔO(shè)經(jīng)驗(yàn),從黑棉土的概念和分布上對(duì)這一特殊公路工程性質(zhì)土做了系統(tǒng)的介紹,提出了適用于黑棉土的勘察方法。對(duì)黑棉土地區(qū)路基的常見病害進(jìn)行了研究,提出了使用黑棉土做路基填料時(shí)的要求,針對(duì)黑棉土路基的不同工況提出了各自的防排水方案,并從經(jīng)濟(jì)性和安全性角度出發(fā)通過數(shù)值模擬對(duì)黑棉土地區(qū)的路基采用換填時(shí)的合理換填深度,以及邊坡坡率提出了要求。
[Abstract]:In the early stage of road engineering construction in Africa and other places, due to the lack of understanding of black cotton soil, it was treated as ordinary soil in the project, which resulted in frequent diseases in the later stage of road operation. It has brought great harm to the safety and quality of highway construction projects. When the construction workers realized the bad engineering properties of black cotton soil, a large number of projects appeared blind and complete replacement. The cost of road construction has risen steeply. Considering the safety, stability and economy of the roadbed, it is worth studying the subgrade construction technology suitable for the black cotton soil area. This paper takes the subgrade construction technology of the black cotton soil area as the research object. Through summing up the experience of local road construction in Ethiopia, the concept and distribution of black cotton soil are introduced systematically. This paper puts forward the investigation method suitable for the black cotton soil, studies the common diseases of the subgrade in the black cotton soil area, puts forward the requirements of using the black cotton soil as the subgrade filling material, and puts forward respective waterproof and drainage schemes for the different working conditions of the black cotton soil subgrade. From the point of view of economy and safety, through numerical simulation, the reasonable replacement depth and slope ratio of the subgrade in the black cotton soil area are put forward.
