【摘要】：隨著"公交優(yōu)先"理念的推廣,快速公交BRT(Bus Rapid Transit)作為一種新興公共交通方式,因其獨(dú)有的特點(diǎn),受到越來(lái)越多的關(guān)注。經(jīng)過(guò)十年發(fā)展,我國(guó)快速公交建設(shè)已取得顯著成果。檢票機(jī)作為快速公交自動(dòng)售檢票系統(tǒng)中的重要組成部分,其性能好壞關(guān)乎著系統(tǒng)運(yùn)營(yíng)和收益,因此有必要對(duì)其進(jìn)行研究。本文依托校企合作項(xiàng)目,著眼于促進(jìn)國(guó)內(nèi)快速公交系統(tǒng)的推廣,從工程實(shí)際出發(fā),在對(duì)檢票機(jī)進(jìn)行充分調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,完成快速公交三桿式檢票機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì),主要內(nèi)容包括:研究檢票機(jī)空間布局設(shè)計(jì)方法,進(jìn)行理論分析與數(shù)據(jù)采集,結(jié)果表明平行式布局較為優(yōu)越;依據(jù)人機(jī)工程學(xué)理論,結(jié)合人體尺寸,對(duì)檢票機(jī)中人機(jī)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行定量分析與設(shè)計(jì),樣機(jī)測(cè)試結(jié)果表明整機(jī)操作舒適且符合操作習(xí)慣;為便于在不同產(chǎn)品中移植,根據(jù)模塊化設(shè)計(jì)思想,設(shè)計(jì)了硬幣處理模塊,該模塊便于維護(hù)與升級(jí),且通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單拼接擴(kuò)展即可實(shí)現(xiàn)多幣種識(shí)別、找零與原幣退還,具有較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)適應(yīng)性;依據(jù)電動(dòng)機(jī)芯的設(shè)計(jì)目的,分析機(jī)芯功能需求,設(shè)計(jì)一套完整機(jī)芯,該機(jī)芯具備自動(dòng)起落桿、轉(zhuǎn)速可調(diào)、單向可超越以及機(jī)械防撞傷功能,較好地彌補(bǔ)了現(xiàn)有機(jī)芯的不足;研究機(jī)械加工與裝配工藝,完成整機(jī)的加工與裝配,對(duì)樣機(jī)進(jìn)行大量功能性測(cè)試和系統(tǒng)壓力測(cè)試,測(cè)試結(jié)果表明本設(shè)計(jì)中的檢票機(jī)功能完備,運(yùn)行平穩(wěn),實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)計(jì)目的。
[Abstract]:With the promotion of "bus priority" concept, bus rapid transit (Bus BRT Rapid Transit) as a new form of public transport, because of its unique features, has attracted more and more attention. After ten years of development, has made remarkable achievements in China's rapid transit construction. As the rapid transit ticket vending machine is an important part of the ticket system the performance of the related system operation and benefits, so it is necessary to study it. On the basis of the cooperation projects, focusing on promoting the popularization of the BRT system in China, from the view of engineering practice, based on a thorough research of the ticket machine, complete the design of three bar type bus rapid transit ticket machines. The main contents include: the method of checking machine layout design, theoretical analysis and data acquisition, results show that the parallel layout is superior; based on the ergonomics theory, combined with the body size, For quantitative analysis and design of man-machine ticket machine problem, the test result shows that the operation is comfortable and meets the operation habits; in order to facilitate the transplant in different products, according to the idea of modular design, the design of coin processing module, the module is easy to maintain and upgrade, and can be realized through simple stitching extended multi currency recognition, and change return the original currency, with strong market adaptability; according to the design purpose of motor core, analysis of core functional requirements, design a complete set of movement, the movement with automatic lifting lever, speed adjustable, one-way and beyond the mechanical anti-collision function, can make up the shortcomings of the existing movement; the study of machining and assembly process. Finish machining and assembling machine, a large number of functional testing and stress testing of the prototype system, test results show that the design of the ticket machine work to complete, stable operation The purpose of the design is realized.
