基于有效缺口應(yīng)力法的鋼橋焊接細(xì)節(jié)疲勞分析

【摘要】:為了驗(yàn)證有效缺口應(yīng)力法對(duì)于鋼橋焊接構(gòu)造細(xì)節(jié)疲勞壽命評(píng)估的適用性,簡(jiǎn)化基于S-N曲線(xiàn)的疲勞壽命評(píng)估程序,開(kāi)展3種典型鋼橋焊接構(gòu)造細(xì)節(jié)在應(yīng)力比為0.1的條件下的高周疲勞試驗(yàn).采用ABAQUS有限元分析局部有效缺口應(yīng)力,得到不等厚對(duì)接焊接接頭、十字形非傳力角焊縫接頭和十字形傳力角焊縫接頭疲勞試樣的有效缺口應(yīng)力S-N曲線(xiàn),探討局部有效缺口應(yīng)力對(duì)焊接接頭失效模式的影響.結(jié)果表明,焊接位錯(cuò)量會(huì)嚴(yán)重影響十字形傳力角焊縫接頭的失效模式,采用有效缺口應(yīng)力法可以有效地區(qū)分焊根或焊趾失效;名義應(yīng)力S-N疲勞設(shè)計(jì)曲線(xiàn)與有效缺口應(yīng)力FAT225疲勞設(shè)計(jì)曲線(xiàn)相比,具有更高的安全保證.3種構(gòu)造細(xì)節(jié)的有效疲勞試驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)表明,采用有效缺口應(yīng)力FAT200疲勞設(shè)計(jì)曲線(xiàn)更合理.
[Abstract]:In order to verify the applicability of the effective notch stress method to the fatigue life evaluation of steel bridge welding structure details, the fatigue life evaluation program based on S-N curve is simplified. The high cycle fatigue tests of three typical steel bridges under the condition of stress ratio of 0. 1 are carried out. The local effective notch stress is analyzed by ABAQUS finite element method, and the welded joints with unequal thickness are obtained. The effective notched stress S-N curves of the fatigue specimens of cross-shaped non-force-transfer fillet welds and cross-force-transfer fillet welds are studied. The effect of local effective notch stresses on the failure modes of welded joints is discussed. The results show that, The amount of welding dislocation will seriously affect the failure mode of cross-shaped force-transfer fillet weld joint. The effective notch stress method can effectively distinguish the weld root or toe failure. Compared with the effective notch stress FAT225 fatigue design curve, the nominal stress S-N fatigue design curve is more safe than the effective notch stress FAT225 fatigue design curve. The effective fatigue test data of three kinds of structural details show that the effective notch stress FAT200 fatigue design curve is more reasonable.
