水泥路面應(yīng)用水性環(huán)氧改性乳化瀝青砂霧封層技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:水泥混凝土路面表面構(gòu)造在1-2年即被磨掉,嚴(yán)重影響行車安全性。水性環(huán)氧樹脂改性乳化瀝青砂霧封層是由霧封層技術(shù)改造升級(jí)而來的一種新型預(yù)防性養(yǎng)護(hù)技術(shù),以改性乳化瀝青或煤瀝青基材料、陶土、聚合物添加劑為主要成分的霧封層材料與砂組成的混合料,鋪筑在路表,可以保持或改善路面抗滑性。但普通的改性乳化瀝青粘結(jié)力和耐久性較差,使用壽命較短。水性環(huán)氧樹脂是將環(huán)氧樹脂以微;蛞旱涡问椒稚⒃谒疄檫B續(xù)相的分散介質(zhì)中形成的乳液,具有親水性、VOC含量低、污染小、穩(wěn)定好、固含量高、粘稠度低和粘結(jié)性能強(qiáng)等特點(diǎn)。將水性環(huán)氧樹脂加入改性乳化瀝青,制成復(fù)合乳液,能顯著提高其粘結(jié)力。本文對(duì)水性環(huán)氧樹脂改性乳化瀝青及其砂霧封層性能進(jìn)行了研究,主要研究工作概況如下:對(duì)改性乳化瀝青和水性環(huán)氧樹脂的主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行了測試,闡述了水性環(huán)氧樹脂加入改性乳化瀝青后的固化機(jī)理,研究了水性環(huán)氧樹脂摻量對(duì)改性乳化瀝青性質(zhì)的影響,發(fā)現(xiàn)加入水性環(huán)氧樹脂的改性乳化瀝青的高溫性能、低溫性能和乳液黏度顯著增加。采用正交試驗(yàn),研究了水性環(huán)氧樹脂摻量、灑布砂的粒徑、砂的灑布量對(duì)水性環(huán)氧樹脂改性乳化瀝青砂霧封層磨耗性能和抗滑性能的影響規(guī)律,確定影響霧封層磨耗性能的主要因素是水性環(huán)氧樹脂摻量,影響霧封層抗滑性能的主要因素是灑布砂的粒徑;诤奢d磨耗試驗(yàn),比較了固化劑摻量、溫度和水性環(huán)氧樹脂摻量對(duì)霧封層固化時(shí)間的影響趨勢(shì),得出水性環(huán)氧樹脂固化劑摻量和養(yǎng)護(hù)溫度是影響霧封層固化時(shí)間的主要因素;通過磨耗試驗(yàn)、抗滑試驗(yàn)、水稀釋試驗(yàn)和粗集料粘附試驗(yàn),對(duì)比分析了水性環(huán)氧樹脂改性乳化瀝青霧封層與傳統(tǒng)改性乳化瀝青霧封層的性能,結(jié)果表明水性環(huán)氧樹脂霧封層在磨耗性能和抗滑性能方面遠(yuǎn)勝傳統(tǒng)霧封層,且其霧封層材料具有水稀釋性能和更好的與粗集料的粘附性;最后,進(jìn)行了不同養(yǎng)護(hù)措施經(jīng)濟(jì)效益分析,指出水性環(huán)氧樹脂改性乳化瀝青砂霧封層比傳統(tǒng)霧封層的年壽命周期成本要低,具有良好的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:The surface structure of cement concrete pavement was worn off in 1-2 years, which seriously affected the driving safety. The waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt sand fog seal is a new type of preventive maintenance technology. The mixture composed of modified emulsified asphalt or coal bitumen base material, clay, polymer additive as the main composition of fog sealing material and sand, is laid on the road surface, It can maintain or improve the skid resistance of road surface. But ordinary modified emulsified asphalt has poor adhesion and durability. Waterborne epoxy resin is a kind of emulsion formed by dispersing epoxy resin in aqueous continuous medium in the form of particles or droplets. It has low content of hydrophilic VOC, small pollution, good stability and high solid content. The adhesion of waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt and its sand fog sealing layer was studied in this paper, and the adhesive strength of the modified emulsified asphalt was greatly improved by adding waterborne epoxy resin into modified emulsified asphalt. The main research work is as follows: the main technical indexes of modified emulsified asphalt and waterborne epoxy resin are tested, and the curing mechanism of waterborne epoxy resin with modified emulsified asphalt is expounded. The influence of the content of waterborne epoxy resin on the properties of modified emulsified asphalt was studied. It was found that the high temperature performance, low temperature property and emulsion viscosity of modified emulsified asphalt with waterborne epoxy resin were increased significantly. The effects of the amount of waterborne epoxy resin, the particle size of sprinkled sand and the amount of sand on the wear and slip resistance of emulsified asphalt sand modified by waterborne epoxy resin were studied. The content of waterborne epoxy resin and the particle size of sprayed sand are determined as the main factors that influence the wear performance of fog sealing layer. Based on the load wear test, the content of curing agent is compared. The effect of temperature and content of waterborne epoxy resin on curing time of fog seal layer is studied. The results show that the content of curing agent and curing temperature of waterborne epoxy resin are the main factors affecting curing time of fog seal layer. Water dilution test and coarse aggregate adhesion test were used to compare and analyze the properties of waterborne epoxy resin modified emulsified asphalt fog seal layer and traditional modified emulsified asphalt fog seal layer. The results show that waterborne epoxy resin foggy seal is much better than traditional fog seal in wear performance and skid resistance, and its foggy sealing material has water dilution property and better adhesion to coarse aggregate. The economic benefits of different curing measures were analyzed. It was pointed out that the annual life cycle cost of emulsified asphalt sand sealed by waterborne epoxy resin was lower than that of traditional fog seal, and it had good economic benefit.
