基于廣義用戶均衡的路網(wǎng)脆弱性研究

【摘要】:路網(wǎng)脆弱性研究推動(dòng)了交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論的發(fā)展,利用模型、數(shù)據(jù)和決策支持工具準(zhǔn)確評(píng)估并降低路網(wǎng)的脆弱性是非常必要的。同時(shí)路網(wǎng)脆弱性評(píng)估有助于確定路網(wǎng)關(guān)鍵基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施,為道路管理部門制定應(yīng)急措施和預(yù)防管理辦法提供決策依據(jù),以提升路網(wǎng)整體服務(wù)水平和應(yīng)急防范能力。本文將路網(wǎng)脆弱性定義為路網(wǎng)中網(wǎng)絡(luò)單元受隨機(jī)事件擾動(dòng)影響,失去部分或全部連通能力而導(dǎo)致路網(wǎng)性能下降的性質(zhì)。首先分析了路網(wǎng)脆弱性影響因素,即包括路網(wǎng)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu)和道路通行能力在內(nèi)的內(nèi)部因素和包括自然因素和人為因素等在內(nèi)的外部因素。其次,考慮出行者有限理性的擇路行為和出行需求的波動(dòng),引入累積前景理論構(gòu)建廣義用戶均衡模型,并以MSA算法求解模型,將其作為路網(wǎng)脆弱性評(píng)估中的配流方法。在路網(wǎng)脆弱性評(píng)估中考慮狀態(tài)特性和結(jié)構(gòu)特性兩方面性能,從出行時(shí)間和廣義出行成本出發(fā),構(gòu)建基于可達(dá)性、路網(wǎng)效率、平均前景值和連通路徑數(shù)量的路段重要度評(píng)估指標(biāo),以衡量失效路段對(duì)路網(wǎng)性能某一方面的影響程度。通過層次分析法確定各路段重要度指標(biāo)的相對(duì)權(quán)重來構(gòu)建路段脆弱度指標(biāo),并以該指標(biāo)排序值為依據(jù)來確定路網(wǎng)中的關(guān)鍵路段,同時(shí)給出了具體的評(píng)估流程。最后利用測(cè)試網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行脆弱性評(píng)估,并進(jìn)行相關(guān)參數(shù)分析。結(jié)果表明出行者的路徑選擇行為、路網(wǎng)擁擠程度以及需求波動(dòng)程度對(duì)路網(wǎng)脆弱性評(píng)估和關(guān)鍵路段的識(shí)別具有重要影響。路網(wǎng)脆弱性評(píng)估結(jié)果在不同的需求水平、需求波動(dòng)程度以及出行者擇路行為假定下會(huì)有明顯不同。
[Abstract]:The research of road network vulnerability promotes the development of traffic network theory. It is necessary to use models, data and decision support tools to accurately assess and reduce the vulnerability of road network. At the same time, road network vulnerability assessment can help to determine the critical infrastructure of road network. In order to improve the overall service level and emergency prevention ability of road network, the vulnerability of road network is defined as that the network unit is affected by the disturbance of random events, which provides the decision basis for the road management department to formulate emergency measures and preventive management methods. The nature of road network performance degradation due to the loss of some or all connectivity. Firstly, the factors affecting network vulnerability are analyzed. That is, internal factors, including road network topology and road capacity, and external factors, including natural factors and human factors. Secondly, considering the limited rational behavior of travelers and the fluctuation of travel demand, The cumulative foreground theory is introduced to construct the generalized user equilibrium model, and the MSA algorithm is used to solve the model, which is used as a flow allocation method in the vulnerability assessment of road network. The performance of both state and structure characteristics is considered in the assessment of road network vulnerability. Based on the travel time and the generalized travel cost, this paper constructs the evaluation index of the road section importance based on the reachability, the network efficiency, the average foreground value and the number of connected paths. In order to measure the influence degree of the failure section on a certain aspect of road network performance, the relative weight of the importance index of each section is determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to construct the link vulnerability index. According to the ranking value of the index, the key sections of the road network are determined, and the concrete evaluation flow is given. Finally, the vulnerability assessment is carried out by using the test network, and the relevant parameters are analyzed. The results show that the path selection behavior of the traveler is shown. The degree of congestion and the fluctuation of demand play an important role in the assessment of road network vulnerability and the identification of key road sections. The results of road network vulnerability assessment are at different demand levels. The degree of demand volatility and the traveller's alternative behavior are assumed to be significantly different.
