SRX穩(wěn)定碎石骨架密實(shí)級(jí)配及路用性能

【摘要】:基于垂直振動(dòng)成型方法(VVCM)研究了粗集料級(jí)配對(duì)其振實(shí)密度的影響,細(xì)集料級(jí)配對(duì)有機(jī)高分子聚合物SRX穩(wěn)定細(xì)集料抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響,粗、細(xì)集料質(zhì)量比及關(guān)鍵篩孔通過(guò)率對(duì)SRX穩(wěn)定碎石抗壓強(qiáng)度的影響,以抗壓強(qiáng)度最大為原則提出了SRX穩(wěn)定碎石骨架密實(shí)級(jí)配,并驗(yàn)證了其路用性能.結(jié)果表明:當(dāng)粒徑為19~37.5mm,9.5~19mm,4.75~9.5mm的粗集料質(zhì)量比為48∶30∶22時(shí),混合粗集料振實(shí)密度最大;當(dāng)篩孔通過(guò)率的遞減系數(shù)I=0.65時(shí),SRX穩(wěn)定細(xì)集料抗壓強(qiáng)度最大;當(dāng)粗、細(xì)集料質(zhì)量比為65∶35時(shí),SRX穩(wěn)定碎石抗壓強(qiáng)度最大;當(dāng)關(guān)鍵篩孔31.5,19,9.5,4.75,2.36,0.6,0.075mm通過(guò)率分別為95.0%~100.0%,64.0%~71.0%,44.0%~52.0%,32.0%~40.0%,22.0%~29.0%,11.0%~18.0%和5.0%~11.0%時(shí),SRX穩(wěn)定碎石抗壓強(qiáng)度最大;與規(guī)范級(jí)配和水泥碎石級(jí)配相比,骨架密實(shí)級(jí)配SRX穩(wěn)定碎石抗壓強(qiáng)度、劈裂強(qiáng)度至少可分別提高13%和19%.
[Abstract]:Based on the vertical vibration molding method, the influence of coarse aggregate gradation on its vibrational density and the effect of fine aggregate gradation on the compressive strength of organic polymer SRX stabilized fine aggregate were studied. The effect of the mass ratio of fine aggregate and the pass rate of key sieve holes on the compressive strength of SRX stabilized macadam was studied. Based on the principle of maximum compressive strength, the dense gradation of SRX stabilized macadam framework was put forward. The results show that when the mass ratio of coarse aggregate is 48: 30: 22, when the coarse aggregate mass ratio is 48: 30: 22, the maximum vibrational density of mixed coarse aggregate is obtained, and the maximum compressive strength of SRX stabilized fine aggregate is obtained when the decreasing coefficient of pass ratio of sieve hole is Ig 0.65, and when the mass ratio of coarse aggregate is 48: 30: 22, the SRX stabilized fine aggregate has the highest compressive strength. When the mass ratio of fine aggregates is 65: 35, the compressive strength of SRX stabilized macadam is the highest; when the key sieve hole is 31.5199.752.750.36 / 2.36.0.60.75mm, the passing rate is 95.00.0100.0100.0100.0100.0100.052.032.040.052.029.011.0% and 5.0- 11.0mm respectively. Compared with the standard grade and cement crushed stone grade, the SRX stabilized crushed stone has the highest compressive strength. The compressive strength and splitting strength of SRX stabilized macadam with dense gradation of skeleton can be increased by at least 13% and 19, respectively.
