超疏水仿生水泥混凝土路面防覆冰技術(shù)及效能評價

【摘要】:通過微納米路表構(gòu)建與超疏水材料涂覆技術(shù)相結(jié)合,制備了超疏水仿生水泥混凝土路面模型試件;開展超疏水材料涂覆技術(shù)研究,分析總結(jié)其制備工藝;采用自行設(shè)計的"冰-路"附著強度測試裝置進行防覆冰性能測試,同時開展接觸角測量試驗、路面表面能計算及耐久性試驗,綜合評價超疏水仿生水泥混凝土路面的疏水、防冰效能。結(jié)果表明:超疏水水泥混凝土試件表面冰的殘留率為29.9%,是普通試件的1/3左右,間接反映了超疏水路面具有較好的疏冰性能;與普通試件的接觸角0°相比,超疏水水泥混凝土試件的接觸角為153.5°,達到超疏水狀態(tài);表面能計算表明超疏水材料的作用降低了路面表面能,僅為普通水泥路面的3.4%,進一步驗證了超疏水水泥混凝土路面可顯著降低"冰-路"附著強度;通過模擬輪胎與路面的摩擦作用,接觸角依然在90°以上,表明超疏水路面耐久性良好。
[Abstract]:The superhydrophobic biomimetic cement concrete pavement model specimens were prepared by the combination of micro-nano surface construction and superhydrophobic material coating technology, and the superhydrophobic material coating technology was studied, and the preparation process was analyzed and summarized. The self-designed "ice-road" adhesion strength testing device was used to test the anti-icing performance, at the same time, the contact angle measurement test, the surface energy calculation and durability test were carried out to comprehensively evaluate the hydrophobic hydrophobic bionic cement concrete pavement hydrophobicity. The results show that the residual rate of ice on the surface of superhydrophobic cement concrete is 29.9, which is about 1/3 of that of ordinary specimens, which indirectly reflects that the super-hydrophobic pavement has better ice-thinning performance, and the contact angle of the superhydrophobic concrete is 0 擄. The contact angle of superhydrophobic cement concrete specimen is 153.5 擄, which reaches the superhydrophobic state, and the calculation of surface energy shows that the action of super-hydrophobic material reduces the surface energy of pavement. Only 3. 4% of the ordinary cement pavement, which further proves that the super hydrophobic cement concrete pavement can significantly reduce the "ice-road" adhesion strength, and the contact angle is still above 90 擄by simulating the friction between the tire and the road surface. It shows that the durability of super hydrophobic pavement is good.
