山區(qū)低等級公路升級改造技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:我國公路網(wǎng)建設(shè)已經(jīng)初具規(guī)模,但仍遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)沒有達(dá)到發(fā)達(dá)國家的水平,近年來我國進(jìn)入了大規(guī)模的公路改擴(kuò)建時(shí)期,在高等級路的改擴(kuò)建方面積累了一定經(jīng)驗(yàn),但在低等級公路改擴(kuò)建方面經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足,對于這方面的研究也較少,在升級改造過程中主要以新建為主,對原有道路資源的利用率低,造成資源浪費(fèi)。針對這些問題,本文對山區(qū)低等級公路的改造升級技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究,以期為類似工程提供借鑒。本文首先分析山區(qū)的自然地理、人文經(jīng)濟(jì)特點(diǎn),然后調(diào)查分析山區(qū)低等級公路的特點(diǎn),針對這些特點(diǎn),提出山區(qū)低等級公路升級改造的原因、升級改造的形式及升級改造適用的技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),提出升級改造的基本原則,依托貴州省道S205福泉高樓至龍山段升級改造項(xiàng)目,在充分考慮了路線所經(jīng)過地區(qū)路網(wǎng)規(guī)劃、公路現(xiàn)狀、鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)規(guī)劃等因素、地方經(jīng)濟(jì)、自然條件、土地資源的情況下,對公路設(shè)計(jì)的路線、路線方案比選、路基、路面、橋涵、隧道的改造升級方法進(jìn)行了研究和系統(tǒng)的總結(jié),得到的方法可為其他山區(qū)低等級公路升級改造所用。最后根據(jù)《公路工程技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》(JTG B01-2014)中要求用運(yùn)行速度進(jìn)行檢查的相關(guān)規(guī)定,系統(tǒng)總結(jié)低等級道路運(yùn)行速度預(yù)測模型,運(yùn)用預(yù)測模型計(jì)算出了路線各個(gè)分段的運(yùn)行速度,采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)對依托工程的推薦方案路線進(jìn)行了運(yùn)行速度協(xié)調(diào)性評價(jià)和運(yùn)行速度與設(shè)計(jì)速度一致性評價(jià),找出路線設(shè)計(jì)不足的地方,針對問題,提出修改意見來完善原有設(shè)計(jì)。本文通過依托工程貴州省道S205福泉高樓至龍山段項(xiàng)目對低等級公路的升級改造的技術(shù)和方法進(jìn)行了研究,為低等級道路的升級改造提供了一種思路,即對原有道路資源進(jìn)行最大程度的利用,利用運(yùn)行速度評價(jià)的方法對路線進(jìn)行評價(jià),針對設(shè)計(jì)不合理的路段進(jìn)行改進(jìn),確保行車安全,既能降低工程造價(jià),又能使資源得到充分合理的利用。
[Abstract]:The construction of highway network in our country has begun to take shape, but it is still far from the level of developed countries. In recent years, our country has entered the period of large-scale highway reconstruction and extension, and has accumulated some experience in the reconstruction and expansion of high-grade roads. However, there is not enough experience in the reconstruction and extension of low-grade highway, and the research on this aspect is also less. In the process of upgrading and upgrading, the main purpose is to build new roads, and the utilization ratio of the original road resources is low, which results in the waste of resources. In this paper, the upgrading technology of low grade highway in mountainous area is studied in order to provide reference for similar projects. Firstly, this paper analyzes the natural geography, humanistic and economic characteristics of mountain area, and then investigates and analyzes the characteristics of low grade highway in mountain area. In view of these characteristics, this paper puts forward the causes, forms and technical standards of upgrading and upgrading of low-grade highways in mountainous areas, and puts forward the basic principles of upgrading and upgrading. Relying on the upgrading and renovation project of Guizhou Provincial Highway S205 Fuquan High-rise Building to Longshan Section, with the full consideration of the road network planning, highway status quo, township planning and other factors, local economy, natural conditions, and land resources, The route and route scheme of highway design, roadbed, pavement, bridge and culvert, and the upgrading method of tunnel are studied and summarized systematically. The method obtained can be used for upgrading and upgrading of low-grade highways in other mountain areas. Finally, according to the relevant regulations of JTG B01-2014, the prediction model of running speed of low-grade roads is summarized systematically. The running speed of each segment of the route is calculated by using the prediction model, and the coordinated evaluation of the running speed and the consistency evaluation between the running speed and the design speed are carried out by using the evaluation standard stipulated in the standard. To find out the lack of route design, to solve the problem, to improve the original design. Based on the project of S205 Fuquan tall building to Longshan section of Guizhou Provincial Road, this paper studies the upgrading technology and method of low-grade highway. It provides a way of thinking for upgrading and upgrading of low-grade roads, that is, to maximize the utilization of the original road resources, to evaluate the route by using the method of speed evaluation, and to improve the road sections with unreasonable design. To ensure the safety of driving, it can not only reduce the cost of the project, but also make the resources fully and reasonably utilized.
