【摘要】:項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制是項(xiàng)目管理的重要內(nèi)容,在工程項(xiàng)目管理中占據(jù)著重要地位。近年來,隨著我國港口經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,港口碼頭工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)發(fā)展迅速。由于港口碼頭工程項(xiàng)目具有投資規(guī)模大、建設(shè)周期長、不確定性因素多等特點(diǎn),項(xiàng)目管理特別是進(jìn)度管理難度較大。如果不對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行進(jìn)度管理與控制,則很可能造成工程無法按期完工。加強(qiáng)工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度管理,對于保證項(xiàng)目按期完工、節(jié)約成本和提高質(zhì)量都具有重要作用。因此,在工程項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的過程中正確合理的進(jìn)行工程進(jìn)度控制是非常必要的。本文在總結(jié)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度控制理論的基礎(chǔ)上,以濰坊港液化品碼頭工程項(xiàng)目為例,分析了影響施工進(jìn)度的因素,編制了濰坊港液化品碼頭工程項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃,對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度進(jìn)行跟蹤監(jiān)控,查找并消除出現(xiàn)的進(jìn)度偏差,并采取措施進(jìn)行進(jìn)度計(jì)劃的實(shí)施和控制,保證項(xiàng)目按期完成,實(shí)現(xiàn)項(xiàng)目既定進(jìn)度目標(biāo)。首先,本文介紹了項(xiàng)目概況,分析了影響項(xiàng)目施工進(jìn)度因素;其次,本文在對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行工作結(jié)構(gòu)分解的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用Project軟件編制項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度計(jì)劃;最后,本文通過對項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度進(jìn)行跟蹤監(jiān)控,及時(shí)查找項(xiàng)目施工過程中出現(xiàn)的進(jìn)度偏差,采取措施進(jìn)行進(jìn)度優(yōu)化調(diào)整,并提出項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度實(shí)施的保障措施,為項(xiàng)目的順利完成提供保障。
[Abstract]:Project schedule control is an important part of project management and occupies an important position in engineering project management. In recent years, with the rapid development of port economy in China, The construction of port and wharf project is developing rapidly. Due to the large scale of investment, long construction period and many uncertain factors, etc. The project management, especially the schedule management, is difficult. If the project is not managed and controlled, the project may not be completed on schedule. Both cost saving and quality improvement play an important role. Therefore, it is very necessary to control the project schedule correctly and reasonably in the process of project construction. This paper summarizes the theory of project schedule control. Taking the Weifang port liquefaction wharf project as an example, the factors influencing the construction progress are analyzed, and the progress plan of the Weifang port liquefaction wharf project is worked out. The project progress is tracked and monitored to find out and eliminate the existing schedule deviation. Measures are taken to implement and control the progress plan, to ensure the completion of the project on schedule, and to achieve the established project progress goals. First, this paper introduces the general situation of the project, analyzes the factors affecting the construction progress of the project; secondly, On the basis of decomposing the work structure of the project, this paper uses Project software to draw up the project schedule. Finally, this paper tracks and monitors the progress of the project, and finds out the schedule deviation in time during the construction process of the project. Take measures to optimize and adjust the progress of the project, and put forward the implementation of the project progress guarantee measures for the smooth completion of the project to provide security.
