【摘要】:城市道路上有較大過(guò)街需求的地點(diǎn)需設(shè)置過(guò)街設(shè)施,而平面過(guò)街設(shè)施是最常用的過(guò)街設(shè)施形式。路段平面過(guò)街設(shè)施設(shè)置的不合理會(huì)加劇行人過(guò)街交通與道路機(jī)動(dòng)車交通的矛盾,誘增路段上機(jī)動(dòng)車行車延誤和行人過(guò)街的危險(xiǎn)性,因此對(duì)于路段平面過(guò)街設(shè)施的合理設(shè)置是有必要研究的,為了更好的解決這一實(shí)際問(wèn)題,本文從路段人行橫道的地點(diǎn)和合理間距的設(shè)置方法進(jìn)行了研究。本文首先從國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者的文獻(xiàn)著作和現(xiàn)行的規(guī)范條款兩方面回顧平面過(guò)街設(shè)施的設(shè)置位置和間距的研究;其次,在實(shí)際調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,詳細(xì)分析了行人過(guò)街交通特性,確定了行人過(guò)街速度、行人過(guò)街橫向?qū)挾取⑿腥丝山邮荛g隙等過(guò)街特征的取值,并從過(guò)街到達(dá)率和可接受繞行距離兩方面分析了人行橫道間距對(duì)過(guò)街行人的影響,分析了路段機(jī)動(dòng)車流的離散性、行駛時(shí)間、通過(guò)人行橫道的延誤和行駛車速,并對(duì)機(jī)動(dòng)車流受人行橫道的影響進(jìn)行了研究;然后,基于人行橫道間距對(duì)行人、機(jī)動(dòng)車流狀態(tài)的影響,研究了人行橫道間距對(duì)于路段機(jī)動(dòng)車道、路段人行橫道的通行能力和服務(wù)水平的影響;最后,考慮行人流量與人行橫道設(shè)計(jì)通行能力關(guān)系、行人可接受繞行距離確定平面行人過(guò)街設(shè)施合理間隔取值的上限,通過(guò)機(jī)動(dòng)車流量與路段設(shè)計(jì)通行能力關(guān)系、機(jī)動(dòng)車運(yùn)行速度與設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)水平的關(guān)系確定平面行人過(guò)街設(shè)施間隔取值的下限,提出路段平面過(guò)街設(shè)施合理間距的計(jì)算方法,最終得出路段平面過(guò)街設(shè)施的合理間距范圍計(jì)算公式。并給出算例說(shuō)明,及具體的城市道路環(huán)境中過(guò)街設(shè)施間距的取值。研究結(jié)果對(duì)于在實(shí)際城市交通設(shè)計(jì)中,路段人行橫道布設(shè)的間距取值具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Cross-street facilities are required at locations where there is a greater demand for cross-street traffic on urban roads. The plane crossing facilities are the most commonly used crossing facilities. The unreasonable setting of plane crossing facilities on road sections will aggravate the contradiction between pedestrian crossing traffic and road motor vehicle traffic. In order to solve this practical problem, it is necessary to study the reasonable setting of road section plane crossing facilities because of the danger of vehicle delay and pedestrian crossing. In this paper, the setting method of the location and reasonable spacing of pedestrian crossing is studied. Firstly, this paper reviews the location and spacing of plane crossing facilities from the literature works of domestic and foreign scholars and the current regulations. Research; Secondly, on the basis of actual investigation, the characteristics of pedestrian crossing traffic are analyzed in detail, and the values of pedestrian crossing speed, pedestrian transverse width and pedestrian acceptable clearance are determined. The influence of crosswalk spacing on pedestrian is analyzed from two aspects of the crossing arrival rate and acceptable bypass distance. The discreteness, driving time, delay and speed of passing crosswalk are analyzed. The influence of pedestrian crossing on the flow of motor vehicles is also studied. Then, based on the influence of crosswalk spacing on pedestrian and motor vehicle flow, the influence of crosswalk spacing on traffic capacity and service level of road sections is studied. Finally, considering the relationship between pedestrian flow and pedestrian crossing design capacity, pedestrians can accept bypass distance to determine the upper limit of reasonable interval of pedestrian crossing facilities. Through the relationship between the vehicle flow and the design capacity of the road section, and the relationship between the speed of the motor vehicle and the design service level, the lower limit of the interval value of the pedestrian crossing facilities is determined. This paper puts forward the calculation method of the reasonable distance between the plane crossing facilities of the road section, and finally obtains the calculation formula of the reasonable distance range of the plane crossing facilities of the road section, and gives an example to illustrate the calculation. The results can be used for reference in practical urban traffic design.
