基于性能的瀝青路面施工控制技術(shù)研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國高等級瀝青公路不斷建設(shè),大量投入運(yùn)行的瀝青路面早期路面性能衰減甚至破壞現(xiàn)象日趨嚴(yán)重,這與人們對提高路面服務(wù)質(zhì)量的要求相矛盾,因此,在現(xiàn)有技術(shù)條件下,通過控制瀝青路面施工提高路面性能顯得十分必要。本文在對瀝青路面施工過程剖析的基礎(chǔ)上,運(yùn)用模糊數(shù)學(xué)理論,建立了基于性能的瀝青路面施工過程控制體系,為保證瀝青路面的使用性能提供技術(shù)支持。本文主要完成了以下工作:(1)采用因果分析法并結(jié)合專家經(jīng)驗(yàn),初步確定了瀝青路面施工關(guān)鍵質(zhì)控指標(biāo),再通過分析路面性能與施工質(zhì)控指標(biāo)的關(guān)系,建立了基于性能的瀝青路面施工質(zhì)控指標(biāo)體系。(2)考慮路面施工的復(fù)雜性和模糊性,在基于性能的質(zhì)量控制指標(biāo)體系基礎(chǔ)上,采用改進(jìn)的AHP與模糊綜合評價(jià)相結(jié)合的方法,建立了適用于瀝青路面施工的模糊綜合評價(jià)模型。該模型在傳統(tǒng)AHP法基礎(chǔ)上融入最優(yōu)傳遞矩陣,形成改進(jìn)的AHP法求出指標(biāo)權(quán)重,避免了一致性檢驗(yàn)。同時(shí),基于求得的指標(biāo)權(quán)重,結(jié)合專家調(diào)查的指標(biāo)集結(jié)果,確定各指標(biāo)隸屬度,采用加權(quán)求和型算子,得出施工控制體系對施工過程控制的程度,為進(jìn)一步改進(jìn)和完善施工過程提供了依據(jù)。(3)在相關(guān)規(guī)范基礎(chǔ)上,初步建議了施工控制指標(biāo)的評價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn);基于模糊綜合評判的方法,對路面施工進(jìn)行事前控制,并舉例分析了其實(shí)用性;同時(shí),對路面施工事中控制和施工事后控制方法及控制的要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分析,形成了瀝青路面施工全面質(zhì)量控制體系。
[Abstract]:With the continuous construction of high-grade asphalt highway in our country, a large number of asphalt pavement performance attenuation or even destruction phenomenon is becoming more and more serious in the early stage of operation, which contradicts the requirement of improving pavement service quality. Under the existing technical conditions, it is necessary to improve the pavement performance by controlling the asphalt pavement construction. Based on the analysis of the asphalt pavement construction process, fuzzy mathematics theory is used in this paper. A performance-based asphalt pavement construction process control system is established to provide technical support to ensure the performance of asphalt pavement. This paper mainly completed the following work: 1) using causality analysis method and combining with expert experience. The key quality control index of asphalt pavement construction is preliminarily determined, and the relationship between pavement performance and construction quality control index is analyzed. A performance-based quality control index system for asphalt pavement construction is established. (2) considering the complexity and fuzziness of pavement construction, the quality control index system based on performance is established. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model suitable for asphalt pavement construction is established by combining the improved AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The model is integrated with the optimal transfer matrix on the basis of traditional AHP method. At the same time, based on the obtained index weight, combined with the result of expert survey, the index membership degree is determined, and the weighted summation type operator is adopted. The degree to which the construction control system controls the construction process is obtained, which provides a basis for further improvement and perfection of the construction process. On the basis of the relevant specifications, the evaluation criteria of the construction control indexes are preliminarily proposed. Based on the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the pavement construction is controlled in advance, and its practicability is analyzed by an example. At the same time, the paper analyzes the methods and main points of control in pavement construction, and forms a total quality control system for asphalt pavement construction.
