【摘要】：“一帶一路”的提出,推動(dòng)了港口崛起。各個(gè)港口城市也開(kāi)始重視與港口有關(guān)的港口規(guī)劃、港口經(jīng)濟(jì)、港口集疏運(yùn)以及港口物流等各個(gè)方面的發(fā)展。與此同時(shí),港城一體化的發(fā)展進(jìn)程加劇,使得越來(lái)越多的老港區(qū)、新建港區(qū)與其他城市功能混合到一起,城中港的布局已經(jīng)將各式交通雜糅。因此本文從細(xì)節(jié)入手,以人為研究對(duì)象,研究港口集疏運(yùn)對(duì)港口城市步行交通與自行車(chē)交通的影響。在這一背景下,本文著重研究集疏港公路交通對(duì)步行交通以及自行車(chē)交通的影響,通過(guò)模糊層次綜合評(píng)價(jià)法建立相關(guān)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)與體系,結(jié)合相關(guān)從業(yè)人員的意見(jiàn),針對(duì)港口集疏運(yùn)對(duì)步行交通與自行車(chē)交通的影響做出評(píng)價(jià)。本研究在論證過(guò)程中引入了工程實(shí)例的計(jì)算與分析,通過(guò)分析該區(qū)域步行交通受到的港口集疏運(yùn)的影響,從而對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)體系的可行性與實(shí)用性做出評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果顯示,本研究提出的評(píng)價(jià)體系能夠比較有效地反映港口集疏運(yùn)對(duì)港口城市步行交通的影響,可以提供量化該影響的參考方法。從慢行交通入手研究港口集疏運(yùn)對(duì)其評(píng)價(jià)是港口規(guī)劃與港口交通領(lǐng)域的一次新嘗試,具有一定的實(shí)際意義與實(shí)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The proposal of "Belt and Road" has promoted the rise of the port. At the same time, each port city has begun to attach importance to the development of port planning, port economy, port transportation and port logistics. The development process of the integration of port and city intensifies, making more and more old port area, the new port area and other city function mix together, the layout of the port in the city has already mixed all kinds of traffic. Therefore, this article starts with the detail. Taking people as the research object, this paper studies the impact of port transportation on walking traffic and bicycle traffic in port city. Under this background, this paper focuses on the impact of Jishugang highway traffic on walking traffic and bicycle traffic. Through the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation method to establish the relevant evaluation indicators and systems, combined with the views of relevant practitioners. The impact of port transportation on walking traffic and bicycle traffic is evaluated. In the process of demonstration, the calculation and analysis of engineering examples are introduced. The feasibility and practicability of the evaluation system are evaluated by analyzing the impact of port transportation on walking traffic in this area. The results show that the evaluation system is feasible and practical. The evaluation system proposed in this study can effectively reflect the impact of port transportation on the port city pedestrian traffic. It is a new attempt in the field of port planning and port traffic, which has certain practical significance and practical value.
