【摘要】：為了確保橡膠瀝青具有良好路用性能,分析了黏度、三大指標(biāo)和彈性恢復(fù)隨靜置存儲(chǔ)溫度與時(shí)間變化的規(guī)律,提出了橡膠瀝青適當(dāng)?shù)撵o置存儲(chǔ)溫度與時(shí)間。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:在190℃高溫靜置存儲(chǔ)狀態(tài)時(shí),橡膠瀝青后續(xù)溶脹較為充分;在170、150℃中溫靜置存儲(chǔ)狀態(tài)時(shí),橡膠瀝青后續(xù)溶脹需要一定的時(shí)間來(lái)完成;在135℃低溫靜置存儲(chǔ)狀態(tài)時(shí),橡膠瀝青后續(xù)溶脹比較緩慢且不充分;從橡膠瀝青整體性能最優(yōu)考慮,靜置存儲(chǔ)溫度為190℃時(shí)應(yīng)不超過(guò)2h,靜置存儲(chǔ)溫度為170℃時(shí)應(yīng)不超過(guò)7h,靜置存儲(chǔ)溫度為150℃時(shí)應(yīng)不超過(guò)18h,靜置存儲(chǔ)溫度為135℃時(shí)應(yīng)不超過(guò)48h。
