復(fù)合型融雪瀝青的制備及其性能研究

【摘要】:冬季降雪對(duì)公路交通運(yùn)輸和人們的日常出行造成的影響越來(lái)越突出,積雪結(jié)冰會(huì)使冰雪路面的摩擦系數(shù)降低,這對(duì)道路行車安全造成了嚴(yán)重的影響。路面積雪是一直擺在道路管理部門面前的難題,尋找解決這一難題的科學(xué)有效的辦法是人們關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。本文通過(guò)單純形重心設(shè)計(jì),在-8℃條件下進(jìn)行15組試驗(yàn),篩選出了主要原料氯化鈣、醋酸鉀、醋酸鈣、氯化鎂。然后,根據(jù)正交試驗(yàn)選用三水平四因素的正交試驗(yàn)表進(jìn)行優(yōu)化方案篩選,在-8℃的條件下進(jìn)行9組試驗(yàn),反應(yīng)1小時(shí)后,測(cè)定各個(gè)組合的融冰量,通過(guò)單指標(biāo)直觀分析得到最佳配合比為氯化鈣:醋酸鉀:醋酸鈣:氯化鎂=1:3:2:3,即A1 B3 C2 D3。通過(guò)對(duì)最佳配比的融雪劑的物理、化學(xué)性質(zhì)檢測(cè),結(jié)果表明該融雪劑的pH值和粒徑范圍均滿足要求。同時(shí),CSMA降低了對(duì)金屬腐蝕性和對(duì)植物的影響,具有延遲結(jié)冰、軟化冰層、與瀝青相容性良好、穩(wěn)定性優(yōu)良的特點(diǎn)。更重要的是,該融雪劑的融冰量隨著融冰時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而增加,其融冰效果是氯化鈉融冰效果的1.5倍左右,僅次于醋酸鉀的融冰效果。其高溫穩(wěn)定性、水穩(wěn)定性、抗滑性等路用性能及路面融雪化冰效果較好,基本實(shí)現(xiàn)了開(kāi)發(fā)復(fù)合型融雪劑和融雪瀝青的初衷,達(dá)到了本課題的研究目的。本課題所研究的融雪劑融冰效果好,有一定的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Effects of winter snowfall on highway transportation and people's daily travel caused more and more serious, the snow and ice will make the ice road friction coefficient decreased, which caused serious influence on road traffic safety. The snow on the road is a problem has been placed in front of the road management department, to find effective ways to solve the problem of science is the focus of attention. In this paper, by using the simplex centroid design, 15 groups of experiments at -8 deg.c, screening out the main raw material of calcium chloride, potassium acetate, calcium acetate, magnesium chloride. Then, according to the optimization scheme of screening of orthogonal test with three factors and four levels orthogonal test table, 9 groups of test in -8 under high temperature, after 1 hours reaction, determination of melting ice in each combination, by using the single index intuitive analysis get the best matching ratio for calcium chloride: potassium acetate: calcium acetate, magnesium chloride =1:3:2:3, namely A1 B3 C2 D3. The optimum proportion of snow melting agent on physical and chemical properties testing, the results show that the snow melting agent, pH value and particle size range could meet the requirements of CSMA. At the same time, reduce the effect on metal corrosion and the plant, with delayed icing, softening ice, good compatibility with asphalt, features excellent stability. It is important that the amount of ice snow melting agent increased with the time of melting ice, the ice melting effect is about 1.5 times the sodium chloride melt the ice, ice melting effect after potassium acetate. The high temperature stability, water stability and skid resistance of road performance and deicing effect is good and the basic realization of the development of the composite type snow melting agent and snowmelt asphalt in mind, achieve the purpose of the study. This paper researches deicing ice melting effect is good, have certain application value.
