【摘要】:既有橋梁隨著服役時(shí)間的增長,部分病害橋梁的承載能力逐年降低,存在巨大的安全隱患,因此利用現(xiàn)有評(píng)定技術(shù)對(duì)既有橋梁的承載能力進(jìn)行評(píng)估,保障橋梁的安全運(yùn)營,已成為橋梁工作者研究的重點(diǎn)問題。橋梁荷載試驗(yàn)是評(píng)定橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力的重要手段,本文結(jié)合公路PC梁式橋的工程特點(diǎn),基于檢算分析法及靜動(dòng)力荷載試驗(yàn),提出了基于靜動(dòng)力測試的公路PC梁式橋承載能力評(píng)定的方法,改進(jìn)了既有橋梁現(xiàn)行評(píng)定指標(biāo)缺陷及評(píng)價(jià)體系不完善的問題。本文的主要研究內(nèi)容及結(jié)論如下:1、總結(jié)了公路橋梁承載能力評(píng)定的常用理論與方法,對(duì)各方法的局限性和優(yōu)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了分類闡述;比較了中美橋梁評(píng)定規(guī)范的異同,明確了美國橋梁評(píng)估手冊中值得我國現(xiàn)行橋梁評(píng)估理論借鑒之處:評(píng)定公式可采用等式的形式,以抗力與效應(yīng)之比呈現(xiàn)承載能力的冗余或欠缺程度;由校驗(yàn)系數(shù)確定的檢算系數(shù)Z_2應(yīng)調(diào)整為由多因素綜合確定;評(píng)定公式還應(yīng)考慮系統(tǒng)可靠度。2、結(jié)合靜動(dòng)力荷載試驗(yàn)基本理論與方法,討論了現(xiàn)有評(píng)定規(guī)程中荷載試驗(yàn)評(píng)定指標(biāo),詳細(xì)分析了校驗(yàn)系數(shù)的影響因素,指出校驗(yàn)系數(shù)存在的不足,即利用校驗(yàn)系數(shù)進(jìn)行評(píng)定存在評(píng)定結(jié)果不精確的問題。3、針對(duì)荷載試驗(yàn)評(píng)定指標(biāo)單一、評(píng)價(jià)體系不完善的問題,基于靜動(dòng)力測試及檢算評(píng)定理論,提出了承載系數(shù)的評(píng)定方法及評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,詳細(xì)探討了承載系數(shù)指標(biāo)中各參數(shù)的取值,建立了截面抗彎承載系數(shù)C_M、拉應(yīng)力承載系數(shù)C_t、壓應(yīng)力承載系數(shù)C_c、撓度承載系數(shù)C_ω,該方法能量化評(píng)定橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的承載力,反映橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)的活荷載安全儲(chǔ)備以及承載能力的利用率。4、基于各承載系數(shù)并結(jié)合可靠度指標(biāo),利用分項(xiàng)權(quán)重系數(shù)建立了綜合承載系數(shù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),并結(jié)合公路橋梁養(yǎng)護(hù)規(guī)范初步劃分了綜合承載系數(shù)的評(píng)判區(qū)間,量化評(píng)價(jià)橋梁的承載力和安全性,指導(dǎo)橋梁養(yǎng)護(hù)管理工作。5、介紹了本文提出的評(píng)定方法的操作流程及綜合評(píng)判方法,以公路簡支板梁橋和連續(xù)梁橋?yàn)楣こ虒?shí)例驗(yàn)證了本文提出的評(píng)定方法的可行性與可操作性。
[Abstract]:With the increase of service time, the bearing capacity of some diseased bridges decreases year by year, and there are huge hidden dangers of safety. Therefore, the existing assessment technology is used to evaluate the bearing capacity of existing bridges. Bridge load test is an important means to evaluate the bearing capacity of bridge structure. This paper combines the engineering characteristics of highway PC beam bridge. Based on the analytical method of checking and calculating and static and dynamic load test, a method for evaluating the bearing capacity of highway PC beam bridge based on static and dynamic test is proposed. The main research contents and conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1. The common theories and methods of highway bridge bearing capacity assessment are summarized. The limitations and advantages of each method are classified and expounded. This paper compares the similarities and differences between Chinese and American bridge assessment norms, and clarifies the reference points of the American bridge evaluation manual: the evaluation formula can be in the form of equality. The ratio of resistance to effect shows the degree of redundancy or deficiency of carrying capacity; The checking and calculating coefficient Z _ s _ 2 determined by checking coefficient should be adjusted for multi-factor comprehensive determination; The evaluation formula should also consider the reliability of the system. Combined with the basic theory and method of static and dynamic load test, the evaluation index of load test in the existing evaluation rules is discussed, and the influencing factors of check coefficient are analyzed in detail. The shortcomings of checking coefficient are pointed out, that is, the evaluation result is not accurate by using check coefficient, aiming at the problem that the evaluation index of load test is single and the evaluation system is not perfect. Based on the theory of static and dynamic test and calculation and evaluation, the evaluation method and evaluation index system of bearing coefficient are put forward, and the values of each parameter in the index of bearing coefficient are discussed in detail, and the bending bearing coefficient of section Che M is established. The tensile stress bearing coefficient C _ T, compressive stress bearing coefficient C _ c and deflection bearing coefficient C _ 蠅 can be used to quantitatively evaluate the bearing capacity of bridge structure. It reflects the safety reserve of live load and the utilization ratio of bearing capacity of bridge structure. Based on each bearing coefficient and combined with reliability index, the comprehensive evaluation index of bearing coefficient is established by means of sub-weight coefficient. Combined with the highway bridge maintenance code, the evaluation section of the comprehensive bearing coefficient is preliminarily divided, the bearing capacity and safety of the bridge are quantitatively evaluated, and the bridge maintenance management work is guided. 5. The operation flow and comprehensive evaluation method of the evaluation method proposed in this paper are introduced. The feasibility and maneuverability of the evaluation method proposed in this paper are verified by the engineering examples of simply supported slab girder bridge and continuous beam bridge.
