【摘要】:在橋梁結(jié)構(gòu)系統(tǒng)中,使用最多的是梁橋。預(yù)應(yīng)力連續(xù)箱梁橋,作為梁式橋的一種,主要用于城市和高速橋梁。箱梁具有良好的完整性、連續(xù)性和較大的剛度等優(yōu)點(diǎn),但它也存在著梁體開裂、跨中下?lián)系炔蛔。本論文以臥龍橋的加固為中心,主要進(jìn)行了如下工作:(1)闡述了梁橋存在的病害,主要介紹了箱梁的裂縫和跨中下?lián)喜『捌湓颉?2)介紹了梁橋常用的主要加固方法,闡述加固方法的加固機(jī)理和適用范圍,詳細(xì)介紹了粘貼鋼板法加固的理論依據(jù)。(3)簡要闡述了箱型截面的受力分析,根據(jù)臥龍橋的外觀檢測結(jié)果,基于MIDAS/Civil分析軟件建立連續(xù)箱梁橋分析模型,得出其靜力特性,以及舊橋主要控制截面的彎矩、應(yīng)力、位移情況。對比加固前后橋梁在靜力特性、控制截面的彎矩、應(yīng)力、位移等方面的加固效果,并作出橋梁加固效果評價。(4)簡要介紹了本文采取的裂縫處理方法及粘貼鋼板施工工藝。論文從背景工程臥龍橋加固研究出發(fā),較全面的探討了梁式橋梁的病害成因及其影響因素、主要的加固方法的加固機(jī)理和適用范圍、連續(xù)箱形梁橋的裂縫與跨中下?lián)系脑、粘貼鋼板加固的理論計算依據(jù)、軟件計算分析等一系列問題,并通過工程實(shí)例來體現(xiàn)和證明本論文的研究成果。本論文的研究成果對連續(xù)箱形橋梁的檢測和加固上均有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:In the bridge structure system, the most used is the girder bridge. The prestressed continuous box girder bridge, as a kind of girder bridge, is mainly used in the city and high-speed bridges. The box girder has good integrity. The advantages of continuity and large stiffness, but it also has some shortcomings, such as beam cracking, mid-span deflection, etc. In this paper, the strengthening of Wolong Bridge as the center, the main work is as follows: 1) elaborated the existing diseases of the beam bridge. This paper mainly introduces the cracks of box girder and the disease of mid-span deflection and its causes. It introduces the main reinforcement methods commonly used in girder bridges, and expounds the reinforcement mechanism and applicable scope of the reinforcement methods. This paper introduces in detail the theoretical basis for strengthening by sticking steel plate.) the stress analysis of box section is briefly expounded, and according to the inspection results of the appearance of Wolong Bridge, the stress analysis of box section is briefly described. Based on MIDAS/Civil analysis software, the analysis model of continuous box girder bridge is established, and the static characteristics, bending moment and stress of the main control section of the old bridge are obtained. Displacement. Compare the static characteristics of the bridge before and after reinforcement, control the bending moment, stress, displacement and other aspects of the reinforcement effect. The paper briefly introduces the crack treatment method adopted in this paper and the construction technology of sticking steel plate. The paper starts from the research on the reinforcement of Wolong Bridge in the background engineering. The causes and influencing factors of the bridge diseases, the reinforcement mechanism and applicable scope of the main reinforcement methods, the causes of cracks and mid-span deflection of the continuous box girder bridge are discussed comprehensively. A series of problems, such as theoretical calculation basis, software calculation and analysis, etc. The research results of this paper have some reference significance for the detection and reinforcement of continuous box bridges.
