【摘要】:隨著道路交通流量的大幅增長(zhǎng),車輛超載等情況日趨嚴(yán)重,路面的損壞也在加速。對(duì)于翻修改建的道路,會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的廢棄舊瀝青路面材料,這對(duì)資源以及環(huán)境都造成了很嚴(yán)重的影響。本文針對(duì)這一問題進(jìn)行了研究,對(duì)瀝青路面層回收材料(RAP)再利用,通過對(duì)RAP料進(jìn)行各種實(shí)驗(yàn)證實(shí),它可以代替新石料,作用在不同道路的不同結(jié)構(gòu)層上。使用乳化瀝青冷再生設(shè)計(jì),將瀝青回收料作為配合比設(shè)計(jì)原材料,對(duì)乳化瀝青冷再生混合料進(jìn)行攤鋪、碾壓,并檢測(cè)路用性能,再次驗(yàn)證符合施工標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。但是仍會(huì)存在局部問題,因此,本文提出了一個(gè)新的設(shè)計(jì)方法,準(zhǔn)確體積法設(shè)計(jì),并通過拉壓強(qiáng)度試驗(yàn)、劈裂試驗(yàn)等對(duì)這種方法進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證,評(píng)價(jià)混合料的工作和易性,并確定最佳含水量及拌和用水量。準(zhǔn)確體積法設(shè)計(jì)的混合料性能比傳統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方法優(yōu)異,適用于施工驗(yàn)收。這樣不僅解決了廢舊瀝青可能影響環(huán)境的問題,還開發(fā)了一種新的資源。
[Abstract]:With the rapid growth of the traffic flow, the overloading of vehicles is becoming more and more serious, and the damage of the road surface is also accelerating. A large number of abandoned old asphalt pavement materials will be produced for the renovation and reconstruction of the road. This has caused a very serious impact on the resources and environment. This paper studies this problem and reuses the recycled material of asphalt pavement layer, which is proved by various experiments on RAP materials. It can replace new stone and act on different structure layers of different roads. Using emulsified asphalt cold recycling design, asphalt recovery material as mix design raw material, emulsified asphalt cold recycled mixture is spread. Rolling and testing the performance of the road again to verify that meet the construction standards. But there will still be local problems. Therefore this paper proposes a new design method the accurate volume method design and through the tensile strength test. The split test was used to verify the method, to evaluate the work and ease of the mixture, and to determine the optimum moisture content and mixing water consumption. The performance of the mixture designed by the accurate volume method is superior to that of the traditional design method. It not only solves the problem that the waste asphalt may affect the environment, but also develops a new resource.
