【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,在城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌的進(jìn)程中,城市和農(nóng)村的經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化交往日趨頻繁,這就促使城鄉(xiāng)之間人們的出行需求增多,但由于城市和農(nóng)村的客運(yùn)模式不同,農(nóng)村公交的運(yùn)營(yíng)管理、運(yùn)作模式都與城區(qū)公交有著明顯區(qū)別,同時(shí)在城市公共交通規(guī)劃時(shí)忽略了對(duì)城市邊緣與城區(qū)的城市客運(yùn)系統(tǒng)的分析與研究,導(dǎo)致在城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合之間的公共交通規(guī)劃滯后于城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展的要求。本文通過(guò)對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)公交規(guī)劃的分析研究,闡述了施行城鄉(xiāng)公交一體化的緊迫性及必要性,并進(jìn)一步的探討了城鄉(xiāng)公交一體化實(shí)施思路及方法,從而明確了在統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中客運(yùn)交通問(wèn)題,為實(shí)現(xiàn)城鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、生活等多方面的協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展提供了支持。本文在分析我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展過(guò)程和城市、農(nóng)村公交發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)的發(fā)展需以城鄉(xiāng)公交一體化的實(shí)施為前提。繼而對(duì)統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展環(huán)境下公交設(shè)施進(jìn)行分析研究,從城鄉(xiāng)公交站場(chǎng)、公共交通車輛、線路設(shè)置等各個(gè)方面探討了城鄉(xiāng)公交一體化的規(guī)劃思路。同時(shí)借鑒TOD (transit-oriented development)公共交通引導(dǎo)城市發(fā)展理論,探討農(nóng)村公路客運(yùn)引導(dǎo)農(nóng)村發(fā)展的機(jī)制、機(jī)理,提出農(nóng)村聚居點(diǎn)圍繞農(nóng)村公交站點(diǎn)建造的社區(qū)發(fā)展模式。論文最后以南充市順慶區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)公共交通發(fā)展規(guī)劃為例,分析研究了南充市順慶區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展程度,并根據(jù)相應(yīng)的理論,應(yīng)用TOD發(fā)展模式規(guī)劃了南充市順慶區(qū)城鄉(xiāng)公交一體化實(shí)施方案,可以為該地區(qū)的城鄉(xiāng)公交一體化規(guī)劃提供一個(gè)參考。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, in the process of urban and rural planning, the economic and cultural exchanges between urban and rural areas are becoming more frequent, which promotes the increase of travel demand between urban and rural people. However, due to the different modes of urban and rural passenger transport, the operation and management of rural public transport and operation mode are obviously different from urban public transport. At the same time, the analysis and research of urban passenger transport system in urban fringe and urban area are neglected in the planning of urban public transport. The public transport planning between urban and rural areas lags behind the requirements of urban and rural development. Through the analysis of urban and rural public transport planning, this paper expounds the urgency and necessity of urban and rural public transport integration. And further discussed the implementation of urban and rural bus integration ideas and methods, so as to clarify the process of urban and rural development in the process of passenger transport, for the realization of urban and rural economy, society. Life and other aspects of coordinated development to provide support. This paper analyzes the process of urban and rural development and urban and rural public transport development on the basis of. The author puts forward that the development of urban and rural areas should be based on the implementation of urban and rural public transport integration. Then the paper analyzes and studies the public transport facilities under the overall urban-rural development environment, from the urban and rural public transport terminals, public transport vehicles. This paper discusses the planning ideas of urban and rural transit integration from the aspects of line setting and so on. At the same time, it draws lessons from TOD transit-oriented development. Public transport guides the theory of urban development. This paper probes into the mechanism and mechanism of rural road passenger transport guiding rural development, and puts forward the community development model of rural residential areas around rural public transport stations. Finally, the paper takes the urban and rural public transport development planning of Shunqing District of Nanchong City as an example. This paper analyzes and studies the degree of urban and rural development in Shunqing District of Nanchong City, and according to the corresponding theory, applies the development model of TOD to plan the implementation scheme of urban and rural public transportation integration in Shunqing District of Nanchong City. It can provide a reference for the integrated planning of urban and rural public transportation in this area.
