【摘要】:快速城市化推動(dòng)著城市道路基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)的發(fā)展,加之城市道路的改建養(yǎng)護(hù)維修,城市道路占路施工現(xiàn)象逐漸增多。為了避免施工路段交通事故,保證現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理秩序,施工區(qū)交通組織研究至關(guān)重要。首先,明確施工區(qū)各功能區(qū)段的劃分,結(jié)合交通流理論對(duì)占路施工區(qū)人、車、路、環(huán)境的交通特性進(jìn)行了分析。以交通特性為基礎(chǔ),分析交通組織原則,對(duì)占路施工區(qū)交通組織進(jìn)行理論研究。參照相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)給定占路施工區(qū)各區(qū)段的長(zhǎng)度計(jì)算公式;分析闡述各區(qū)段交通標(biāo)志、標(biāo)線的設(shè)置情況及其作用,并通過構(gòu)建駕駛員行駛模型和交通標(biāo)志認(rèn)知模型,推導(dǎo)得到交通標(biāo)志前置距離的計(jì)算公式;對(duì)占路施工區(qū)限速值的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,構(gòu)建了占路施工區(qū)Panel Data限速模型。其次,借助Vissim對(duì)占路施工區(qū)交通組織進(jìn)行了仿真研究。以排隊(duì)長(zhǎng)度、平均延誤等參數(shù)為指標(biāo)對(duì)仿真實(shí)驗(yàn)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),并與理論分析結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,給出了作業(yè)區(qū)長(zhǎng)度、上游過渡區(qū)長(zhǎng)度、交通標(biāo)志前置距離以及限速值的最佳推薦值。在闡述占路施工交通影響范圍概念的基礎(chǔ)上,借助Vissim動(dòng)態(tài)交通分配,以飽和度為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),對(duì)施工前后路網(wǎng)進(jìn)行分析,從而得到占路施工區(qū)交通影響范圍。最后,對(duì)占路施工區(qū)交通組織進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),以飽和度、平均車速、交通密度和平均延誤為評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo),采用多指標(biāo)綜合評(píng)價(jià)方法構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)體系,得到占路施工區(qū)交通組織綜合評(píng)價(jià)函數(shù)界限值。
[Abstract]:Rapid urbanization promotes the development of urban road infrastructure, in addition to urban road maintenance and repair, urban road construction phenomenon gradually increased. In order to avoid road traffic accidents. To ensure the order of site management, the study of traffic organization in construction area is very important. First of all, make clear the division of each functional section of construction area, combined with the traffic flow theory to the people, cars, roads in the construction area. The traffic characteristics of the environment are analyzed. Based on the traffic characteristics, the principles of traffic organization are analyzed. The traffic organization of the construction area is studied theoretically. The formula for calculating the length of each section of the construction area is given according to the relevant standards. This paper analyzes and expounds the setting and function of traffic signs and signs in each section, and deduces the calculation formula of the leading distance of traffic signs by constructing the driving model and the cognitive model of traffic signs. Based on the analysis of the influencing factors of the speed limit of the Zhanlu construction area, the Panel Data speed limit model of the Zhanlu construction area is constructed. Secondly, the speed limit model of the Zhanlu construction area is constructed. With the aid of Vissim, the traffic organization in the construction area is simulated. The parameters such as queue length and average delay are taken as indicators to evaluate the simulation experiment, and the results are compared with the theoretical analysis results. The optimal recommended values of operation area length, upstream transition area length, traffic sign leading distance and speed limit are given. With the help of Vissim dynamic traffic distribution, taking saturation as the evaluation index, the road network before and after construction is analyzed, and the traffic impact range of the road construction area is obtained. Finally. Based on the evaluation of traffic organization in Zhanlu construction area, the evaluation system is constructed by using multi-index comprehensive evaluation method, taking saturation, average speed, traffic density and average delay as evaluation indexes. The limit value of comprehensive evaluation function of traffic organization in construction area of Zhanlu is obtained.
