【摘要】:為彌補水泥混凝土板瀝青鋪裝層間剪切疲勞壽命設(shè)計方法的不足,通過不同水環(huán)境、正壓力條件下瀝青混凝土及其與水泥混凝土板層間的抗剪強度和剪切疲勞試驗,結(jié)合水泥混凝土板瀝青鋪裝結(jié)構(gòu)的三維有限元計算,探討了水和超載對水泥混凝土板瀝青鋪裝層間剪切疲勞壽命的影響。利用自行研制的可施加正壓力的剪切試驗儀,測試了2種水環(huán)境(無水和浸水)和3個正壓力(0.3,0.5,0.7MPa)下瀝青混凝土及其與水泥混凝土板層間抗剪強度,并進行了2種水環(huán)境、2個正壓力(0.5,0.7 MPa)和4個剪切應(yīng)力比(0.4,0.5,0.6,0.7)下瀝青混凝土及其層間剪切疲勞試驗。在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合復(fù)合式路面結(jié)構(gòu)的三維有限元計算,對比分析了不同水環(huán)境、垂直和水平荷載下瀝青鋪裝層及其層間剪切疲勞壽命。研究結(jié)果表明:瀝青混凝土和層間剪切疲勞壽命均與剪切應(yīng)力比具有良好的雙對數(shù)線性關(guān)系,剪切疲勞特性參數(shù)與材料特性、環(huán)境因素、交通荷載和瀝青鋪裝結(jié)構(gòu)等有關(guān);層間抗剪強度和剪切疲勞壽命均低于瀝青鋪裝材料的抗剪強度和剪切疲勞壽命,層間剪切破壞沿混凝土板表面發(fā)生;浸水導(dǎo)致層間剪切疲勞壽命降低85%以上,水平力和超壓作用縮短層間剪切疲勞壽命45%以上,浸水比交通荷載的影響更大。
[Abstract]:In order to make up for the deficiency of the design method of shear fatigue life of cement concrete slab asphalt pavement, different water environment was adopted. Under normal pressure, the shear strength and shear fatigue test of asphalt concrete and cement concrete slab layer are carried out, and the three-dimensional finite element calculation of asphalt pavement structure of cement concrete slab is carried out. The influence of water and overload on the shear fatigue life of cement concrete slab asphalt pavement is discussed. The shear strength between asphalt concrete and cement concrete slab under two kinds of water environment (anhydrous and soaking) and three positive pressures of 0.3 ~ 0.5 ~ 0.7 MPa were measured and two kinds of water environment were carried out. The shear fatigue tests of asphalt concrete and its interlayer under two positive pressures (0.50.7MPa) and four shear stress ratios (0.4g / 0.50.60.70) have been carried out on this basis. Combined with the three-dimensional finite element calculation of composite pavement structure, the different water environment is compared and analyzed. The shear fatigue life of asphalt pavement and its interlayer under vertical and horizontal loads. The results show that both asphalt concrete and interlayer shear fatigue life have a good logarithmic linear relationship with shear stress ratio. The shear fatigue parameters are related to material properties, environmental factors, traffic loads and asphalt pavement structures. The interlaminar shear strength and shear fatigue life are lower than those of asphalt pavement, and the interlaminar shear failure occurs along the surface of concrete slab. The interlaminar shear fatigue life is reduced by more than 85% due to immersion, and the fatigue life of interlaminar shear fatigue is shortened by more than 45% due to horizontal force and overpressure, which is more important than traffic load.
