【摘要】:在多種城市形態(tài)中,多中心、組團(tuán)式布局城市有著明顯的交通優(yōu)勢(shì),被認(rèn)為是當(dāng)今大城市主流的發(fā)展形態(tài)。組團(tuán)城市中,大多數(shù)的交通出行都可以在組團(tuán)內(nèi)部完成,城市中的交通流被分散到了各級(jí)組團(tuán)之中,從而降低了城市中心區(qū)的道路交通壓力,確保了城市道路交通的高效運(yùn)行。然而伴隨著城市機(jī)動(dòng)化的快速發(fā)展,汽車保有量不斷增加,道路交通量也日益增大,組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)交通擁堵問題越來越突出,組團(tuán)式布局模式交通優(yōu)勢(shì)地位不再明顯。如果能夠準(zhǔn)確衡量組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平,把握組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)交通運(yùn)行狀況,將有利于交通管理人員制定合理的交通管理措施,從而達(dá)到緩解組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)交通擁堵的目的。評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的選取、評(píng)價(jià)模型的建立以及分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的確定是服務(wù)水平評(píng)價(jià)問題的三大基本要素。本文將城市組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)特性與服務(wù)水平評(píng)價(jià)問題的這三大基本要素相結(jié)合,展開了對(duì)于城市組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平評(píng)價(jià)問題的研究。全文的研究工作主要體現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面:①從不同角度剖析了城市組團(tuán)的路網(wǎng)特性。本文從道路組成與路網(wǎng)功能的角度對(duì)城市組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)的道路特性進(jìn)行了分析,指出了組成城市組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)的兩大交通網(wǎng),為城市組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平評(píng)價(jià)模型的建立奠定了基礎(chǔ)。然后從宏觀和微觀兩個(gè)不同角度對(duì)城市組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)的交通流特性進(jìn)行了分析,為城市組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的選取做了鋪墊。②選取了更能準(zhǔn)確衡量組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)。以往對(duì)于服務(wù)水平的評(píng)價(jià)研究大多是從微觀路段(或交叉口)角度進(jìn)行分析,但是這并不完全適用于路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平的評(píng)價(jià)。本文從與組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)的運(yùn)行狀況息息相關(guān)的各級(jí)組成道路出發(fā)進(jìn)行了組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的選取,并從組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)組成特性出發(fā),建立了涵蓋微觀、中觀、宏觀三個(gè)不同層次的組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。③建立了城市組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平的分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。本文從服務(wù)水平評(píng)價(jià)問題的模糊性角度出發(fā),運(yùn)用模糊聚類理論,通過對(duì)大量數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行聚類分析來確定兩個(gè)新評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的分級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。④建立了組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平評(píng)價(jià)的分層次結(jié)構(gòu)模型。本文以組團(tuán)路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系為基礎(chǔ),將模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法與聚類分析法、層次分析法相結(jié)合,按照微觀路段、中觀道路、宏觀路網(wǎng)的順序?qū)Τ鞘薪M團(tuán)路網(wǎng)服務(wù)水平進(jìn)行了逐層評(píng)價(jià)。
[Abstract]:In a variety of urban forms, multi-center, group layout of the city has obvious traffic advantages, is considered to be the mainstream of the development of large cities. Most of the traffic travel can be completed within the group, and the traffic flow in the city is scattered to all levels of the group, thus reducing the road traffic pressure in the central area of the city. To ensure the efficient operation of urban road traffic. However, with the rapid development of urban motorization, the number of vehicles is increasing, the traffic volume is also increasing, and the traffic congestion problem of group road network is becoming more and more prominent. If we can accurately measure the service level of the group road network and grasp the traffic operation status of the group road network, it will be helpful for traffic management personnel to formulate reasonable traffic management measures. In order to alleviate the traffic congestion of the group road network, the selection of evaluation indicators. The establishment of evaluation model and the determination of grading criteria are the three basic elements of service level evaluation. This paper combines the characteristics of urban group road network with the three basic elements of service level evaluation. The research on the evaluation of the service level of urban group road network is carried out. The research work of this paper is mainly reflected in the following aspects:. The main contents are as follows: 1. This paper analyzes the road characteristics of urban group road network from the point of view of road composition and road network function. The paper points out the two traffic networks that make up the urban group network. It lays a foundation for the establishment of service level evaluation model of urban regiment road network. Then the traffic flow characteristics of urban regiment road network are analyzed from two different angles: macro and micro. This paper paves the way for the selection of service level evaluation index of urban regiment road network, and selects the evaluation index that can more accurately measure the service level of urban regiment road network. In the past, most of the research on service level evaluation was based on microscopic sections (2). Or intersection) angle analysis. Based on the cluster analysis of a large number of data, the hierarchical structure model of service level evaluation of group road network is established by determining the classification standard of two new evaluation indexes, and the evaluation index system of service level of group road network is taken as the index system in this paper. Basic. By combining fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method with cluster analysis method and analytic hierarchy process, the service level of urban regiment road network is evaluated layer by layer according to the order of micro section, meso road and macro road network.
