【摘要】:近年來,隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)和城鄉(xiāng)一體化的快速發(fā)展,城市的規(guī)模越來越大,居民收入不斷提高,私家車數(shù)量也快速增長,居民活動的范圍和對出行的需求也越來越強烈,城市的交通擁堵成為了各大城市的通病,加之內(nèi)外需增長乏力,房地產(chǎn)發(fā)展受限,加大對城市的交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)成為穩(wěn)定經(jīng)濟(jì)的首選,導(dǎo)致國內(nèi)越來越多的城際快鐵、高速公路等大型建設(shè)項目的出現(xiàn),隧道則是這些項目中不可缺少的組成部分。隧道工程項目往往投資大、建設(shè)周期長、社會影響力強,施工復(fù)雜,存在許多風(fēng)險。如果不進(jìn)行風(fēng)險管理,一旦出現(xiàn)質(zhì)量缺陷或倒塌報廢等事故,會給國家和人民帶來重大的生命和經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。本文綜述了風(fēng)險管理的定義、特點、分類、管理內(nèi)容及方法,介紹了金竹灣隧道項目概況、設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、地形地貌、地層巖性、氣候等水文地質(zhì)條件,并按照風(fēng)險管理理論對該項目進(jìn)行風(fēng)險識別和分類,根據(jù)分析識別出其潛在的施工風(fēng)險。本文首先介紹了隧道施工項目風(fēng)險管理的發(fā)展歷史和國內(nèi)外風(fēng)險管理研究現(xiàn)狀,然后介紹了風(fēng)險管理的相關(guān)理論及方法。并按照風(fēng)險識別、風(fēng)險估計、風(fēng)險評價、風(fēng)險管理的步驟,對金竹灣隧道的施工風(fēng)險管理進(jìn)行實例研究。重點研究了金竹灣隧道的線路概況、設(shè)計標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和所處地理位置的水文地質(zhì)情況,通過風(fēng)險識別指出金竹灣隧道的13大風(fēng)險因素,基于此建立了風(fēng)險系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)表。隨后用層次分析法對風(fēng)險因素進(jìn)行了權(quán)重分析并排序。采用模糊綜合評價確定了該工程的風(fēng)險程度。最后,對這些風(fēng)險因素提出了風(fēng)險應(yīng)對的辦法。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy and urban-rural integration in China, the scale of the city is becoming larger and larger, the income of residents is increasing, and the number of private cars is also growing rapidly. The scope of residents' activities and the demand for travel are becoming more and more intense. Traffic congestion has become a common problem in major cities, coupled with the lack of internal and external growth, real estate development is limited. Increasing the construction of urban transport infrastructure has become the first choice to stabilize the economy, leading to the emergence of more and more large construction projects, such as inter-city fast rail, highway and so on. Tunnel is an indispensable part of these projects. Tunnel projects often have a large investment, long construction period, strong social influence, complex construction, and there are many risks. Once there are quality defects or collapsing and scrapping accidents, it will bring great loss of life and economy to the country and people. This paper summarizes the definition, characteristics, classification, management contents and methods of risk management. This paper introduces the general situation, design standards, topography, lithology, climate and other hydrogeological conditions of the Jinzhu Bay tunnel project, and carries out risk identification and classification according to the risk management theory. Based on the analysis, the potential construction risk is identified. Firstly, this paper introduces the development history of tunnel construction project risk management and the current situation of risk management research at home and abroad. Then it introduces the relevant theories and methods of risk management, and according to the risk identification, risk estimation, risk evaluation, risk management steps. This paper studies the construction risk management of Jinzhu Bay tunnel with the emphasis on the route survey design standard and hydrogeological situation of its geographical location. The 13 risk factors of Jinzhu Bay Tunnel are pointed out by risk identification. Based on this, the risk system structure table is established, and then the weight of risk factors is analyzed and sorted by AHP. The risk degree of the project is determined by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Finally. To these risk factors put forward the way to deal with the risk.
