【摘要】:城市發(fā)展過(guò)程中都不同程度的面臨過(guò)交通問(wèn)題,尤其表現(xiàn)為城市交通擁堵問(wèn)題,即城市道路網(wǎng)絡(luò)的發(fā)展程度不足以滿(mǎn)足人們的交通出行需求,由此導(dǎo)致了城市運(yùn)行效率的下降。近年來(lái),城市交通擁堵問(wèn)題在全國(guó)范圍內(nèi)日益嚴(yán)重,逐漸成為社會(huì)關(guān)注的熱點(diǎn)話題之一,給我國(guó)經(jīng)城市的綜合功能和效益帶來(lái)了巨大的影響。城市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)活動(dòng)的實(shí)現(xiàn)和傳送均以城市交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)為載體,城市交通網(wǎng)絡(luò)水平的高低直接影響著城市千萬(wàn)居民的日常出行和大小企業(yè)的正常運(yùn)作。因此,分析城市交通承載力,對(duì)于我們理解和解決城市交通擁堵問(wèn)題、促進(jìn)城市經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)系統(tǒng)和交通系統(tǒng)協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文首先對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外城市交通承載力的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了綜述,在總結(jié)了國(guó)內(nèi)外城市交通承載力研究方法的基礎(chǔ)上,明確了本研究是基于交通需求與交通供給的協(xié)調(diào)關(guān)系建立城市交通承載力評(píng)價(jià)模型;其次,本文探究了交通需求和交通供給的測(cè)算方法,提出了城市交通承載力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;最后,本文基于耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型構(gòu)建了城市交通承載力評(píng)價(jià)模型,該模型以土地利用數(shù)據(jù)和路網(wǎng)數(shù)據(jù)為數(shù)據(jù)源,應(yīng)用耦合協(xié)調(diào)度模型對(duì)交通產(chǎn)生量與交通供給量的協(xié)調(diào)性進(jìn)行分析,最終得到城市交通承載力分布及配置時(shí)序分布。本文選取了濟(jì)南市主城區(qū)內(nèi)城市建設(shè)較為發(fā)達(dá)、路網(wǎng)分布較為密集的核心部分,對(duì)城市交通承載力評(píng)價(jià)模型進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,并用濟(jì)南市晚高峰交通擁堵數(shù)據(jù)對(duì)該模型進(jìn)行了驗(yàn)證。結(jié)果表明,城市交通承載力評(píng)價(jià)模型預(yù)測(cè)效果較好,可以較為客觀、準(zhǔn)確的評(píng)價(jià)研究區(qū)內(nèi)交通承載力分布狀況。研究表明,本文構(gòu)建的交通承載力評(píng)價(jià)模型的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果能夠直觀的反映出城市交通的供需關(guān)系,可以在空間上和時(shí)間上科學(xué)地配置土地開(kāi)發(fā)和交通設(shè)施建設(shè)的時(shí)序。能夠?yàn)槌鞘幸?guī)劃部門(mén)和土地管理部門(mén)對(duì)城市規(guī)劃的定制與管理提供良好的技術(shù)支持,為建設(shè)宜居城市提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In the process of urban development, there have been traffic problems in different degrees, especially the problem of urban traffic congestion, that is, the development of urban road network is not enough to meet the needs of traffic travel. In recent years, the problem of urban traffic congestion is becoming more and more serious in the whole country, and has gradually become one of the hot topics of social concern. The realization and transmission of urban economic and social activities take the urban transportation network as the carrier. The level of urban traffic network directly affects the daily travel of tens of millions of urban residents and the normal operation of large and small enterprises. Therefore, the analysis of urban traffic carrying capacity, for us to understand and solve the problem of urban traffic congestion. It is of great significance to promote the coordinated development of urban economic and social system and transportation system. Firstly, this paper summarizes the research status of urban traffic carrying capacity at home and abroad. On the basis of summarizing the research methods of urban traffic carrying capacity at home and abroad, it is clear that this research is based on the coordination between traffic demand and traffic supply to establish the evaluation model of urban traffic carrying capacity. Secondly, this paper probes into the calculation methods of traffic demand and traffic supply, and puts forward the evaluation index system of urban traffic carrying capacity. Finally, based on the coupling coordination degree model, this paper constructs the evaluation model of urban traffic carrying capacity, which takes land use data and road network data as data sources. The coupling coordination degree model is used to analyze the coordination between traffic production and traffic supply. Finally, the distribution of urban traffic carrying capacity and the distribution of time series are obtained. This paper selects the core parts of Jinan City which are more developed in urban construction and dense in the distribution of road network. An empirical study on the evaluation model of urban traffic carrying capacity is carried out, and the model is verified by the late peak traffic congestion data in Jinan. The results show that the evaluation model of urban traffic carrying capacity has better prediction effect. It can evaluate the distribution of traffic carrying capacity in the study area objectively and accurately. The research shows that the evaluation results of the evaluation model can directly reflect the relationship between supply and demand of urban traffic. It can scientifically configure the time series of land development and traffic facilities construction in space and time, and can provide good technical support for the customization and management of urban planning by urban planning departments and land management departments. To provide scientific basis for the construction of livable city.
