【摘要】：我國城市軌道交通建設正處于快速發(fā)展階段,如何實現(xiàn)城市核心區(qū)隧道施工機械化,減少施工對城市的干擾已成為一個關鍵性問題。文章結(jié)合具體工程實例,通過對沿線施工條件的分析,提出了符合城市核心區(qū)實際情況的隧道工籌方案;并對復合式TBM井下整體始發(fā)、過站轉(zhuǎn)場、洞內(nèi)調(diào)頭、平移吊出及相應臨時工程改造等關鍵技術(shù)進行了詳細闡述,得出了可靠的結(jié)論。研究結(jié)果表明,以上關鍵技術(shù)的實施避免了房屋拆遷,減少了對城市交通的干擾,解決了施工場地難題,實現(xiàn)了復合式TBM連續(xù)、快速掘進,確保了車站及區(qū)間的總工期,減少了工程浪費,節(jié)約了工程投資;結(jié)論對重慶及其它地區(qū)類似工程具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The construction of urban rail transit in our country is in the rapid development stage. How to realize the mechanization of tunnel construction in the urban core area and reduce the interference of construction to the city has become a key problem. Based on the analysis of the construction conditions along the line, the tunnel construction plan which accords with the actual situation of the urban core area is put forward. The key technologies such as the whole origin of compound TBM downhole, the turning field of the passing station, the turn in the tunnel, the displacement and hoisting and the corresponding temporary engineering renovation are elaborated in detail, and the reliable conclusions are obtained. The implementation of the above key technology avoids the house demolition, reduces the interference to the urban traffic, solves the construction site problem, realizes the compound TBM continuous, fast tunneling, and ensures the total construction period of the station and section. The waste of the project is reduced and the investment of the project is saved. Conclusion it is useful for similar projects in Chongqing and other regions.
