【摘要】:我國城市軌道交通建設(shè)正處于快速發(fā)展階段,如何實(shí)現(xiàn)城市核心區(qū)隧道施工機(jī)械化,減少施工對(duì)城市的干擾已成為一個(gè)關(guān)鍵性問題。文章結(jié)合具體工程實(shí)例,通過對(duì)沿線施工條件的分析,提出了符合城市核心區(qū)實(shí)際情況的隧道工籌方案;并對(duì)復(fù)合式TBM井下整體始發(fā)、過站轉(zhuǎn)場、洞內(nèi)調(diào)頭、平移吊出及相應(yīng)臨時(shí)工程改造等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述,得出了可靠的結(jié)論。研究結(jié)果表明,以上關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的實(shí)施避免了房屋拆遷,減少了對(duì)城市交通的干擾,解決了施工場地難題,實(shí)現(xiàn)了復(fù)合式TBM連續(xù)、快速掘進(jìn),確保了車站及區(qū)間的總工期,減少了工程浪費(fèi),節(jié)約了工程投資;結(jié)論對(duì)重慶及其它地區(qū)類似工程具有一定的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:The construction of urban rail transit in our country is in the rapid development stage. How to realize the mechanization of tunnel construction in the urban core area and reduce the interference of construction to the city has become a key problem. Based on the analysis of the construction conditions along the line, the tunnel construction plan which accords with the actual situation of the urban core area is put forward. The key technologies such as the whole origin of compound TBM downhole, the turning field of the passing station, the turn in the tunnel, the displacement and hoisting and the corresponding temporary engineering renovation are elaborated in detail, and the reliable conclusions are obtained. The implementation of the above key technology avoids the house demolition, reduces the interference to the urban traffic, solves the construction site problem, realizes the compound TBM continuous, fast tunneling, and ensures the total construction period of the station and section. The waste of the project is reduced and the investment of the project is saved. Conclusion it is useful for similar projects in Chongqing and other regions.
