【摘要】：重慶市江津中渡長江大橋主橋為主跨600m鋼箱梁懸索橋,位于長江上游,北岸主跨淺灘區(qū)為蓮花石實景保護文物,不能爆破及挖掘,北岸淺灘區(qū)鋼箱梁共22個節(jié)段,在枯水期運輸鋼箱梁時不能保證運梁駁船按時供梁。對設(shè)置圍堰蓄水方案、運輸船底部設(shè)置浮運氣囊方案、浮吊船轉(zhuǎn)運方案和拖船轉(zhuǎn)運方案進行對比分析,考慮施工難易程度、對環(huán)境影響、經(jīng)濟性等因素,確定鋼箱梁采用拖船轉(zhuǎn)運方案架設(shè)。施工時,運輸船將北岸淺灘區(qū)鋼箱梁運輸至南岸纜載吊機正下方后進行拋錨定位,纜載吊機將待轉(zhuǎn)運梁段提起,駛離鋼箱梁運輸船,拖船驅(qū)使小型駁船至南岸纜載吊機正下方將鋼箱梁裝于小型駁船上,拖船驅(qū)使小型駁船按照事先選擇的航線行駛,將鋼箱梁運輸至北岸纜載吊機正下方進行起吊安裝。
[Abstract]:The main bridge of Jiang Jin Zhongdu Yangtze River Bridge in Chongqing is a 600m steel box girder suspension bridge, which is located in the upper reaches of the Yangtze River. There are 22 sections of steel box girder in the north bank shoal area. When transporting steel box girder in the dry season, the beam can not be guaranteed to supply the beam on time. For setting up cofferdam water storage scheme, floating airbag scheme is set at the bottom of the carrier. By comparing and analyzing the transfer scheme of floating crane and tugboat, considering the factors of construction difficulty, environmental influence and economy, it is determined that the steel box girder should be set up by tugboat transfer scheme. The ship will ship the steel box girder in the north shore shoal area to the south bank cable crane directly below the anchor positioning cable crane will be transferred to the girder section lifted away from the steel box girder transport ship. Tugboats drive small barges to the south shore cable crane directly below the steel box girder mounted on small barges tugs drive small barges according to the route of choice. Transport the steel box girder to the north shore cable crane for lifting installation.
