【摘要】:我國公路事業(yè)的快速發(fā)展導致能源大量消耗和環(huán)境迅速惡化。隨著全球可持續(xù)發(fā)展觀念的推廣,人們越來越關注公路建設過程中的能源消耗和環(huán)境影響,全球各國政府、研究機構及企業(yè)等組織都開展了大量的綠色低碳研究和實踐。其中生命周期評價(LCA)方法,能夠量化分析道路建設各環(huán)節(jié)、各階段的能源消耗及環(huán)境評價,為道路工程的綠色化、低碳化建設提供指導,意義重大。本文對路面工程中運用LCA的基本理論和方法進行了全面分析。從LCA目標與范圍確定、清單分析、影響評價等三個主要方面概括分析國內外主要研究現狀,分析認為目前路面LCA研究存在以下問題:范圍界定沒有統(tǒng)一標準;國內缺少數據支撐無法形成標準數據庫;關于數據質量的分析研究較少;影響評價不全面等缺點。針對其上述問題,文章提出了工作建議。本文以北京市某一城市道路的養(yǎng)護施工為例,對其產生的交通環(huán)境影響進行研究。從不同養(yǎng)護工程實施方案產生的交通及車輛燃油變化和施工作業(yè)本身產生的碳排放量兩個方面進行分析。對于第一個方面,利用交通仿真方法對不同養(yǎng)護工程實施方案進行交通影響的定量評價,并對由此導致的車輛燃油的變化進行分析。根據分析結果,進行合理、科學的施工組織方案優(yōu)化,并給出城市道路養(yǎng)護實施方案評價流程和方法;對于第二個方面,基于路面工程LCA理論,合理界定評價范圍并確定評價對象。另外,在調研基礎上,運用公路工程定額等相關行業(yè)標準作為基礎數據庫,對城市道路養(yǎng)護施工作業(yè)產生的碳排放量進行計算。LCA軟件能夠簡化生命周期評價工作,快速提供環(huán)境評價依據,優(yōu)化路面工程施工方案。為促進國內路面生命周期評價技術開發(fā),本文以路面LCA軟件Athena為例,通過實際案例分析詳細闡述LCA軟件的基礎理論及應用方法。并結合國內道路的建設運營特點,提出形成適合中國國情的LCA分析模型所需經過的步驟。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of China's highway leads to rapid deterioration of the large energy consumption and the environment. With the development of the concept of global sustainable development, people pay more and more attention to energy consumption and environmental impact of highway construction in the process of global governments, research institutions and enterprises and other organizations have carried out the research and practice of green low carbon in large quantities. The life cycle evaluation (LCA) method, to all aspects of road construction and quantitative analysis, energy consumption and environmental assessment of each stage, for the green road project, to provide guidance, low-carbon construction is of great significance. This paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the basic theory and method of LCA pavement engineering. From the LCA goal and scope definition, inventory analysis of the three main aspects of impact evaluation, analyzes the status quo of domestic and foreign research and analysis that the current problems of LCA pavement: no unified defined scope Standard; the lack of domestic data support to form a standard database; about the quality of the data analysis research; impact assessment is not comprehensive. In view of the disadvantages of the above problems, the article put forward suggestions. Based on the road maintenance construction of a city in Beijing city as an example, studied the effect of traffic environment in the two aspects. Carbon emissions resulting from different maintenance project implementation plan of traffic and vehicle fuel change and construction operation itself were analyzed. For the first aspect, the quantitative evaluation of traffic impact on the party to implement different curing project by using traffic simulation method, and the resulting change of vehicle fuel were analyzed. According to the analysis of reasonable the results, scientific construction scheme optimization, and gives the city road maintenance processes and methods of implementing scheme evaluation; for the second aspects, based on the pavement LCA engineering theory, the reasonable definition of evaluation scope and determine the evaluation object. In addition, on the basis of the investigation, the use of highway project quota and other related industry standards as the basis for the database, carbon emissions of city road maintenance and construction operations of.LCA software can simplify the life cycle assessment work, to provide rapid environmental assessment based on the optimization of pavement engineering construction scheme. To promote technology development of domestic pavement life cycle assessment, based on the LCA software Athena road as an example, through the analysis of actual case in detail the basic theory and application of LCA software. The construction and operation characteristics and combining the domestic road, put forward for the formation of Chinese situation analysis model of LCA through the required steps.
