【摘要】:特立尼達(dá)湖瀝青(TLA)是天然形成的物質(zhì),其經(jīng)過了億萬年地殼壓力和溫度的作用,已經(jīng)充分氧化沉淀,性質(zhì)穩(wěn)定。TLA的摻入對普通石油瀝青混合料路用性能(高溫穩(wěn)定性、低溫抗裂性以及水穩(wěn)定性)有明顯改善作用。但是,摻入TLA對瀝青及其混合料抗老化性能的研究較少,現(xiàn)有的老化評(píng)價(jià)體系對TLA改性瀝青的適用性也有待探討。因此,為了提高TLA改性瀝青路面的使用壽命,進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)TLA改性瀝青的推廣應(yīng)用與發(fā)展,本文著重對TLA改性瀝青及其混合料的老化特性和機(jī)理進(jìn)行深入研究。采用旋轉(zhuǎn)薄膜烘箱(RTFOT)、壓力老化儀(PAV)研究TLA改性瀝青在不同老化溫度、時(shí)間以及老化方式下三項(xiàng)常規(guī)指標(biāo)、旋轉(zhuǎn)粘度以及流變性能的變化規(guī)律。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,三種老化因素均對TLA改性瀝青各項(xiàng)性能有較為顯著的影響,與基質(zhì)瀝青相比,不同老化方式下TLA改性瀝青抗老化性能更為優(yōu)異。采用動(dòng)態(tài)剪切流變儀(DSR)對瀝青老化前后的動(dòng)態(tài)流變特性進(jìn)行測試,并以64℃時(shí)的復(fù)合模量G*為參數(shù)建立瀝青的動(dòng)力老化方程,通過熱力學(xué)方法比較兩種瀝青抗老化性能的差異。結(jié)果表明,TLA改性瀝青具有較高的活化能,摻入25%TLA后活化能提高了12.8%,化學(xué)反應(yīng)速率較基質(zhì)瀝青小,性質(zhì)更穩(wěn)定。通過紅外光譜(IR)分析技術(shù),對TLA改性瀝青老化前后化學(xué)結(jié)構(gòu)的變化進(jìn)行分析,研究TLA改性瀝青老化機(jī)理。結(jié)果表明,摻入TLA為物理改性,并沒有產(chǎn)生新的特征吸收峰,TLA帶入的萘官能團(tuán)和季銨基團(tuán)對瀝青抗氧化性能有明顯改善作用,改性瀝青制備過程存在一定程度的老化,隨著老化程度的加深羰基和亞砜指數(shù)均增大,相比之下TLA改性瀝青增加幅度較小。從浸水馬歇爾試驗(yàn)和劈裂疲勞試驗(yàn)入手,研究老化時(shí)間、溫度及粗集料含量對瀝青混合料老化性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,三種因素均對水穩(wěn)定性和疲勞性能有顯著影響,而粗集料含量多的混合料更容易加速老化的作用,疲勞裂縫更傾向于沿著內(nèi)部空隙發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Trinidad Lake Asphalt (TLA) is a natural form of the material, after millions of years of crustal pressure and temperature effect, fully oxidation precipitation, stable properties of doped.TLA on the performance of common asphalt mixture (high temperature stability, low temperature crack resistance and water stability) have obvious improvement. However, doping the study of TLA anti aging performance of asphalt and its mixture less, existing aging evaluation system on the applicability of TLA modified asphalt has yet to be discussed. Therefore, in order to improve the TLA modified asphalt pavement service life, further promote the development and application of TLA modified asphalt, this paper focuses on the in-depth study of aging characteristics TLA modified asphalt and its mixture and mechanism. The rotating thin film oven aging instrument (RTFOT), pressure (PAV) on TLA modified asphalt at different aging temperature, aging time and mode of three conventional means Standard, rotational viscosity and rheological properties were studied. Experimental results show that the three aging factors of TLA modified asphalt have remarkable influence on the performance, compared with matrix asphalt under different aging TLA modified asphalt anti-aging performance is more excellent. By using dynamic shear rheometer (DSR) test the dynamic rheological properties of asphalt after aging, and the composite modulus G* to 64 DEG C for the establishment of dynamic parameters of asphalt aging equation, difference by thermodynamic method anti aging performance comparison of two kinds of asphalt. The results show that the activation energy of TLA modified asphalt with high doped 25%TLA, the activation energy increased by 12.8%, chemical reaction the rate is better than the matrix asphalt, more stable in nature. By infrared spectroscopy (IR) analysis technology of TLA modified asphalt chemical structure changes before and after aging were analyzed on TLA modified asphalt aging mechanism. The results show that, The incorporation of TLA into physical modification, and did not produce new absorption peaks of naphthalene groups and quaternary ammonium groups into the TLA had a significant effect on improving the oxidation resistance of asphalt, modified asphalt preparation process has a certain degree of aging, are increasing with the aging extent of the carbonyl and sulfoxide index, compared with TLA asphalt increased to a lesser extent. From the immersion Marshall test and splitting fatigue test research of aging time, temperature and content of coarse aggregate material affect the aging properties of asphalt mixture. The results showed that all the three factors have significant influence on water stability and fatigue resistance, and the mixture of coarse aggregate content and more to accelerate the aging effect, fatigue cracks tend to develop along the inner space.
