船舶尾軸機(jī)械密封面形狀對(duì)密封性能的影響

【摘要】:從狹義的角度來(lái)講,船舶是能在大洋中航行的大型漂浮船只,以前"船舶"這個(gè)詞用于帶三根以上船桅的船行船只;在現(xiàn)代,通常是指排水量大于500噸的船只,如今,最大的船舶是巨型油輪,有的排水量可達(dá)50萬(wàn)噸,其他一些專用的船舶(如貨柜船)以標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的貨柜載運(yùn)一般的貨物,這種船舶很容易裝卸和轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)。促進(jìn)航運(yùn)事業(yè)與造船業(yè)的發(fā)展,提升船舶的安全質(zhì)量,必須重視強(qiáng)化船舶的密封性能。一般情況下,船舶的密封性能由船舶尾軸機(jī)械密封面形狀決定。本文將簡(jiǎn)析船舶尾軸機(jī)械密封面形狀對(duì)密封性能的影響,并提出個(gè)人見(jiàn)解。
[Abstract]:In a narrow sense, a ship is a large floating ship that can sail in the ocean. In the past, the word "ship" was used to ship ships with more than three masts. In modern times, it usually refers to ships with displacement of more than 500t. Today, the largest ship is a giant oil tanker, some of which can discharge up to 500000 tons. Other specialized ships (such as container ships) carry general cargo in standard containers. This kind of ship is easy to load, unload and transshipment. In order to promote the development of shipping and shipping industry and improve the safety and quality of ships, we must pay attention to strengthening the sealing performance of ships. In general, the sealing performance of the ship is determined by the shape of the mechanical sealing surface of the stern shaft of the ship. In this paper, the influence of the shape of the mechanical sealing surface of the stern shaft on the sealing performance is briefly analyzed, and some personal opinions are put forward.
