水面矢量推進(jìn)器仿生設(shè)計(jì)與試驗(yàn)

【摘要】:以蛇怪蜥蜴為仿生對象,基于蛇怪蜥蜴股骨旋轉(zhuǎn)帶動兩腳踏水的高速運(yùn)動行為,設(shè)計(jì)了水面仿生矢量推進(jìn)器,增加了驅(qū)動力輸出維數(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)了可控的托舉力、推進(jìn)力和轉(zhuǎn)矩輸出。結(jié)合RNG k-ε湍流方程和PISO算法,構(gòu)建推進(jìn)器的流體動力學(xué)模型,獲得了葉片徑向和軸向的最優(yōu)設(shè)計(jì)形狀,推導(dǎo)了驅(qū)動力與葉片長度和寬度的數(shù)學(xué)函數(shù)。最后,搭建矢量推進(jìn)器試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng),驗(yàn)證了數(shù)值計(jì)算模型的正確性;進(jìn)行兩棲車輛樣機(jī)試驗(yàn),矢量推進(jìn)器驅(qū)動車體實(shí)現(xiàn)了10.6°仰角狀態(tài)的滑水航行,為水面裝置減阻提速提供了一種新思路。
[Abstract]:Taking the snake monster lizard as the bionic object, based on the high speed movement behavior of the snake monster lizard driven by the rotation of the thigh of the snake monster lizard, the surface bionic vector thruster is designed, which increases the output dimension of the driving force and realizes the controllable lifting force, propulsion force and torque output. Combined with RNG k-蔚 turbulence equation and PISO algorithm, the hydrodynamic model of thruster is constructed, the optimal design shapes of blade radial and axial are obtained, and the mathematical functions of driving force and blade length and width are derived. Finally, the test system of vector thruster is built to verify the correctness of the numerical calculation model, and the prototype test of Amphibious vehicle is carried out, and the driving body of vector thruster realizes water skiing in the state of 10.6 擄elevation angle, which provides a new idea for reducing drag and increasing speed of water surface device.
