工程船舶的冷卻水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方法研究

【摘要】:21世紀是海洋的世紀,海洋正向人類提供越來越多的資源,在需求和利潤的驅(qū)動下,工程船舶的建設(shè)將進入快速發(fā)展的時期;與此同時,環(huán)境污染和能源短缺越來越成為全球性的問題,船舶行業(yè)作為碳排放大戶理應(yīng)關(guān)注這些問題。在這樣背景下,有必要對工程船舶的系統(tǒng)設(shè)計方法進行研究,,使之更適應(yīng)工程船舶的特點,減少碳排放并提高經(jīng)濟性。 本文通過分析工程船舶的特點,進而討論工程船舶的冷卻水系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計要點,特別是其與運輸船型的冷卻水系統(tǒng)的異同之處;在此基礎(chǔ)上,通過實船數(shù)據(jù),分析工程船舶冷卻水系統(tǒng)的參數(shù)特征,并由此指出冷卻水系統(tǒng)的改進設(shè)計方向; 通過對冷卻水系統(tǒng)的淡水側(cè)的設(shè)計改進的重點在于優(yōu)化船用設(shè)備的冷卻參數(shù),本文將討論船用設(shè)備的冷卻參數(shù)合理化選擇,并總結(jié)船用設(shè)備冷卻參數(shù)的估算方法; 通過對板式冷卻器總傳熱系統(tǒng)變化的研究,總結(jié)海水側(cè)的海水流量需求隨著海水溫度和系統(tǒng)熱負荷而改變的規(guī)律,在計算結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,討論采用變頻/雙速海水泵的優(yōu)點和限制條件。 最后將應(yīng)用上述分析討論的結(jié)果對某型海纜船的冷卻水系統(tǒng)設(shè)計作出改進,包括設(shè)備的冷卻參數(shù)合理化選擇,冷卻水系統(tǒng)流量估算,板式冷卻器選型和采用變頻/雙速海水泵進行優(yōu)化。
[Abstract]:The 21st century is the century of the ocean. The ocean is providing more and more resources to mankind. Driven by the demand and profit, the construction of engineering ships will enter a period of rapid development. At the same time, environmental pollution and energy shortage are becoming more and more global problems, which should be paid attention to by shipping industry as a big carbon emitter. In this context, it is necessary to study the system design methods of engineering ships, so as to make them more suitable to the characteristics of engineering ships, reduce carbon emissions and improve the economy. By analyzing the characteristics of engineering ship, this paper discusses the design essentials of cooling water system of engineering ship, especially the similarities and differences between the cooling water system of engineering ship and the type of transport ship. On this basis, through the real ship data, the parameter characteristics of the engineering ship cooling water system are analyzed, and the improved design direction of the cooling water system is pointed out. By improving the design of the fresh water side of the cooling water system, the emphasis is to optimize the cooling parameters of the marine equipment. In this paper, the reasonable selection of the cooling parameters of the marine equipment will be discussed, and the estimation methods of the cooling parameters of the marine equipment will be summarized. Based on the study of the change of the total heat transfer system of the plate cooler, the rule that the seawater flow demand on the side of the sea water changes with the sea water temperature and the heat load of the system is summarized. On the basis of the calculated results, The advantages and limitations of variable frequency / double speed seawater pump are discussed. Finally, the design of cooling water system of a cable ship is improved by using the above analysis and discussion results, including the rational selection of cooling parameters of the equipment and the estimation of cooling water system flow. Plate cooler type selection and use of frequency conversion / dual-speed seawater pump for optimization.
