超大型浮體波浪載荷特性研究

【摘要】:超大型浮體作為一種海上大型綜合保障基地,近幾年已經(jīng)成為國際上海洋平臺(tái)研究的新熱點(diǎn)。能夠準(zhǔn)確合理地預(yù)報(bào)環(huán)境載荷,尤其是波浪載荷,是保證海洋結(jié)構(gòu)物安全設(shè)計(jì)和可靠運(yùn)營的前提條件。因此,開展超大型浮體水動(dòng)力響應(yīng)和波浪載荷預(yù)報(bào)方法研究,對(duì)超大型浮體的工程應(yīng)用和海洋工程技術(shù)的發(fā)展都具有重要意義。本文以橫向浮筒式超大型浮體為研究對(duì)象,基于三維勢流頻域理論,利用ANSYS/AQWA軟件對(duì)單模塊浮體和多模塊浮體進(jìn)行了水動(dòng)力性能分析,并對(duì)波浪載荷開展預(yù)報(bào)研究。具體內(nèi)容及主要結(jié)果如下:(1)對(duì)超大型浮體單模塊水動(dòng)力響應(yīng)特征進(jìn)行預(yù)報(bào)和分析。通過水動(dòng)力軟件AQWA-LINE在頻域中預(yù)報(bào)計(jì)算了單模塊浮體在波浪中的水動(dòng)力特性,包括單模塊浮體運(yùn)動(dòng)傳遞函數(shù),以及各橫剖面波浪剪力與彎矩響應(yīng)隨浪向角和波浪頻率的變化關(guān)系,通過分析掌握了超大型浮體單模塊運(yùn)動(dòng)和載荷響應(yīng)的基本規(guī)律。(2)以超大型浮體單模塊為研究對(duì)象,分析研究了其在南海短期極限海況和長期波浪統(tǒng)計(jì)資料下舯剖面垂向彎矩的短期預(yù)報(bào)和長期響應(yīng)結(jié)果,經(jīng)過適當(dāng)?shù)亩唐跇O值推斷和長期預(yù)報(bào)結(jié)果綜合比較分析,給出了設(shè)計(jì)載荷和設(shè)計(jì)波參數(shù)組合建議。(3)對(duì)超大型浮體多模塊間的水動(dòng)力干擾效應(yīng)進(jìn)行了計(jì)算分析,并對(duì)多模塊在波浪中的運(yùn)動(dòng)傳遞函數(shù)與單模塊進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析。針對(duì)南海短期極限海況,分析了模塊間連接器上縱向力和垂向剪力的傳遞函數(shù)及載荷極值。提出了以垂向彎矩為主要設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)的超大型浮體波浪載荷直接設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法。本文在超大型浮體運(yùn)動(dòng)和載荷響應(yīng)傳遞函數(shù)特征、設(shè)計(jì)波參數(shù)和設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算方法等方面得出了一些結(jié)論,對(duì)超大型浮體研發(fā)具有一定的參考意義。
[Abstract]:As a large marine comprehensive support base, the super-large floating body has become a new research hotspot in the international offshore platform in recent years. Accurate and reasonable prediction of environmental loads, especially wave loads, is a prerequisite for the safe design and reliable operation of marine structures. Therefore, the research on hydrodynamic response and wave load prediction of super large floating body is of great significance to the engineering application of super large floating body and the development of marine engineering technology. In this paper, based on the theory of three-dimensional potential flow frequency domain, the hydrodynamic performance of single and multi-module floating bodies is analyzed by using ANSYS/AQWA software, and the wave load prediction is carried out. The main contents and results are as follows: (1) the hydrodynamic response characteristics of a single module of a very large floating body are predicted and analyzed. The hydrodynamic characteristics of a single module floating body in waves are predicted in the frequency domain by the hydrodynamic software AQWA-LINE, including the transfer function of the motion of the single module floating body. And the relationship between wave shear force and bending moment response with wave angle and wave frequency, the basic law of single module motion and load response of super large floating body is obtained by analyzing. (2) the single module of super large floating body is taken as the research object. The short term prediction and long term response results of vertical bending moment of midship profile under the short term limit sea condition and long term wave statistical data of the South China Sea are analyzed and compared with the results of proper short term extremum extrapolation and long term forecast. The combination of design load and design wave parameters is given. (3) the hydrodynamic interference effect between the multi-modules of super-large floating body is calculated and analyzed, and the motion transfer function of the multi-module in the wave is compared with that of the single module. The transfer function and load extremum of longitudinal force and vertical shear force on the connector between modules are analyzed in view of the short-term limit sea conditions in the South China Sea. A direct design method for wave loads of large floating bodies with vertical bending moment as the main design parameter is presented. In this paper, some conclusions are drawn on the characteristics of the motion and load response transfer function, the design wave parameters and the design calculation method of the super-large floating body, which is of certain reference significance for the research and development of the super-large floating body.
