【摘要】：為了實(shí)現(xiàn)船舶企業(yè)現(xiàn)代造船生產(chǎn)任務(wù)精細(xì)化控制管理,針對(duì)我國(guó)船舶企業(yè)任務(wù)派工存在的問(wèn)題,提出基于任務(wù)派工的生產(chǎn)管理控制模式,分析了任務(wù)派工的集成模型,詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)了標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化的任務(wù)包和派工單,詳述了任務(wù)派工流程。開(kāi)發(fā)了任務(wù)派工管理系統(tǒng),并在某船舶企業(yè)實(shí)際應(yīng)用中獲得良好的效果,為船舶企業(yè)生產(chǎn)管理精細(xì)化控制提供了參考。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the fine control management of modern shipbuilding production task in shipbuilding enterprises, aiming at the problems existing in task assignment of shipbuilding enterprises in our country, the production management control mode based on task assignment is put forward, and the integrated model of task assignment is analyzed. The standardized task package and assignment order are designed in detail, and the task assignment process is described in detail. The task assignment management system has been developed, and the good effect has been obtained in the practical application of a ship enterprise, which provides a reference for the fine control of production management of the ship enterprise.
