受外壓環(huán)肋圓柱殼肋骨側(cè)向穩(wěn)定性研究

【摘要】:在潛艇設(shè)計(jì)中通常采用薄圓柱殼加薄壁T型環(huán)肋加強(qiáng)的結(jié)構(gòu)形式,為了在保證承載能力的同時(shí)減少殼體的重量,環(huán)肋結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)一直是潛艇設(shè)計(jì)者關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。隨著潛艇設(shè)計(jì)潛深的增加,環(huán)肋發(fā)生側(cè)向失穩(wěn)的可能性增加,進(jìn)而影響環(huán)肋圓柱殼的整體穩(wěn)定性。本課題對(duì)于受到外壓的圓柱殼體的肋骨側(cè)向穩(wěn)定性進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)的研究。首先基于肋骨結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的性質(zhì),權(quán)衡各結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)的影響并結(jié)合背景研究艙段結(jié)構(gòu)以確定幾何參數(shù)方案。以這些幾何參數(shù)方案為基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行肋骨側(cè)向失穩(wěn)臨界壓力的理論解析分析,從而得到環(huán)肋圓柱殼主要結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)肋骨側(cè)向穩(wěn)定性的影響及其對(duì)于側(cè)向穩(wěn)定性的貢獻(xiàn)度。然后,通過(guò)以上研究針對(duì)不同方案及工況建立系列有限元計(jì)算模型,對(duì)于肋骨側(cè)向失穩(wěn)后屈曲特性進(jìn)行計(jì)算,從而分析肋骨側(cè)向失穩(wěn)對(duì)環(huán)肋圓柱殼結(jié)構(gòu)承載能力的影響,探索大變形非線性條件下,肋骨側(cè)向失穩(wěn)后的破壞形式和機(jī)理。最后通過(guò)典型肋骨側(cè)向失穩(wěn)工況以及典型殼板失穩(wěn)工況的有限元計(jì)算,研究環(huán)肋圓柱殼在各種失穩(wěn)狀態(tài)下發(fā)生破壞的模式及其特性,由此而分析肋骨各不同參數(shù)變化對(duì)于環(huán)肋圓柱殼破壞的影響。本課題通過(guò)以上研究,初步得出了設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)對(duì)于受靜壓環(huán)肋圓柱殼肋骨側(cè)向失穩(wěn)影響的規(guī)律,為大潛深潛艇圓柱殼環(huán)肋的參數(shù)設(shè)計(jì)提供了有益參考。
[Abstract]:In submarine design, thin cylindrical shell with thin-walled T-stiffened ring rib is usually adopted. In order to ensure the bearing capacity and reduce the weight of shell, the design of ring rib structure is always the focus of submarine designers. With the increase of submarine design depth, the possibility of lateral instability of ring ribs increases, which affects the overall stability of circular cylindrical shells. In this paper, the lateral stability of cylindrical shell subjected to external pressure is studied systematically. Firstly, based on the properties of the frame structure parameters, the influence of each structural parameter is weighed and the geometric parameter scheme is determined by studying the cabin structure in combination with the background. Based on these geometric parameter schemes, the theoretical analysis of the critical pressure of rib lateral instability is carried out, and the influence of the main structural parameters on the lateral stability of the rib and its contribution to the lateral stability are obtained. Then, a series of finite element calculation models are established for different schemes and working conditions, and the buckling characteristics of ribs after lateral instability are calculated, and the influence of lateral instability of ribs on the bearing capacity of cylindrical shells with circular ribs is analyzed. The failure mode and mechanism of rib lateral instability under nonlinear condition with large deformation are studied. Finally, the failure modes and characteristics of circular cylindrical shells under various instability states are studied by finite element calculation of typical lateral instability conditions of ribs and typical shell and plate instability conditions. The influence of different rib parameters on the failure of circular cylindrical shell is analyzed. Based on the above research, the influence of structural parameters on the lateral instability of cylindrical shell with hydrostatic pressure ring rib is preliminarily obtained, which provides a useful reference for the parameter design of cylindrical shell ring rib of deep submarine.
